Hi guys,
I'm a Mum of 3 and normally don't have the time to review products, but after reading this spam review ("Bruce") below from a customer who has disregarded the timing of his purchase, I just had to voice myself. I have bought a total of 5 rugs and have furnished my house using only Cheapest Rugs Online and not once have I had anything to complain about and I WOULDN'T shop anywhere else. very helpful throughout the whole process. The last rug I ordered, the Harvest in Ivory, was around a similar time to the customer below (end of 2022) and on their website and on their social media, it clearly stated that this is their holiday period where they close 'Christmas 25th of December to the 13th of Jan' and I understood (and well informed) that dispatch of my rug would start after they return. From the review below ("Bruce"), clearly this customer didn't and I'm surprised they even responded to him in their holiday period, which frankly shows to me their commitment to their customers to go above and beyond. As you stated, they even offered you a refund as you clearly weren't happy to wait, so you're not inconvenienced any further. If that's not service, I don't know what is!? Dont Buy from Cheapest Rugs Online
We ordered a rug from Cheapest Rugs online which stated a delivery dispatch time within 7 days. Several weeks later and still no rug I emailed them requesting a confirmation of the order and a delivery date. They finally responded a week later stating that as they had orders in the hundreds they simply could not get our rug to us and could not give any indication of how long it would take. I emailed a response to say that we would like it if they could at least dispatch it within another week. The response was that they are only human and they ...Read more
dont know when they will be able to send the rug. They then refunded the amount saying that we should shop elsewhere if we want products within a couple of weeks. So it seems they are just too successful on taking orders but you may wait months to actually get your rug or carpet. If you have an online store I and state delivery times on your website, I would say you need to be organised enough to actually send the products out! Dont purchase from this online store. very unorganised.

Colour vibrant livens up your living space
I ordered a rug from cheapest rugs online on Monday. It was in their clearance rugs. I am very happy with the quality for the price and I was thinking it might not look quite like the picture, but it is actually better and more vibrant than I expected. The delivery was quick and easy. Looks great in our house and give a lift. Money well spent. The rug is thicker than others for the price and the pile doesnt flatten. It is ocean blue, perfect. the order number was CRO3280
