We have found the way the shelves fit very unusual. They look upside down when inserted and do not feel very secure when sliding them out with food on them, when extended it slides down. Tried to insert them the other way round, but you can't. The griller has also ill fitting racks on the side which fall out sometimes when you try to remove the tray, the design is not very good.

This oven was installed in 2017 with a 2 year warranty. It is extremely disappointing if a new oven can only last 2 years.
Issue: the fan is making noise and temperature is not setting in..

This POS was new in a rental house we moved into 3 weeks ago.
The first baking burnt in just 10 minutes on 180, I figure it must run 20-30 deg C hotter than the setting.
We tried a second project at 160 instead of 180, this was a bit underdone. Going to have to buy an in-oven thermometer.
It's pretty because it's new, and that's about all.
Pet gripe - there is no handle for the grill tray.
CHEAP IS NOT BETTER, PEOPLE.
