I love the meals by Chef Good. They’re great sized portions, great variety and made with all fresh and healthy ingredients. We really enjoy these meals and the time they save! Delicious.

Food is spot on, the meals are fresh healthy and portion controlled. Ive tried most of the services out there and Chefgood its the top of the bunch! As they grew so quicly the customer service did suffer but that is all sorted now. Thanks Chefgood for helping me lose 10kg in 14 weeks!

I lead a very busy lifestyle so a healthy meal service that delivers to my door each week is a lifesaver. It was my first time ordering so I tried the Trim and Tone plan - all the meals were high in quality and well presented. I was also impressed with the packaging and how well the box kept my food chilled before it made it to the fridge!

I’m a busy uni student and chef good have been such a lifesaver to keep eating fresh healthy meals on the go. Every meal I’ve had is bursting with flavour and I have more energy throughout the day! Highly recommend!

Food is reasonable but not good enough to make up for the obnoxious customer service.

If you never have to contact the company by phone then you may well have a better experience than I did. I received my second delivery of food today and had some queries. Unfortunately the entitled attitude of customer service rep I dealt with today was so bad it lead me to cancelling my subscription.

I understand that anyone can have a bad day and I don't like to judge a company on one employee but this was just ridiculous. The lady I spoke to was rude and not interested in listening to my queries. I won't bore you with details but suggest contacting the company by phone prior to signing up for a subscription to get an idea of what you're in for.

Just wanted to say that Cristina is an asset to your business and always my favourite person to talk to. She is so friendly, so helpful, always in a good mood and one of the reasons that I recommend to others to try Chefgood. In fact, if I get someone else on the phone, I will always ask if they can get Cristina to call me back. Cristina is the best!

I found Chef Good to be incredibly convenient for someone who doesn’t have much time and loves fresh and tasty meals.

Being focused on keeping fit and eating healthy food - Chef Good has made it easy in monitoring what i eat and when I eat.

The wonderful menus makes you look forward to picking what you can have and I love the meals being delivered to your door step.

Look, I started this review pretty negative because I had ongoing delivery/packaging problems. It was disappointing because I like the food. However after speaking to the right people, I believe that they’re going to fix the problems they’ve been having. And honestly, the food is worth it because it’s really tasty.

The food is amazing! So easy to use. The staff are so helpful if you have any questions. Can’t recomment highly enough!

On the F45 challenge meal plans, and let me tell you they have all been full of flavour!

Definitely will be ordering these meals at the next F45 challenge, might even add in snacks..
Lost 4.2 kg and gained 500g muscle in 4weeks.

Good food however absolutely SHOCKING customer service!!!
[name removed] is SO RUDE, blunt, unhelpful, raises her voice and will not listen.
Very poor for the price of the packages and trying to get clarity on any question as a customer.
To the point that I do not want to call in case she answers.
Unfortunately due to [name removed], I have cancelled my subscription.
DISAPPOINTED!

The meals have a lot of variety and flavor. Filling for the amount of calories. The plans are suitable for an efficient weight loss. Compared to other companies I've tried a very good deal.
