Placed online order on the 23/3/20 and still haven't received my order. I have contacted via email 3 times and haven't had any reply. I also tried calling them to no avail as you can't speak to a person because they are not taking calls. I will be cancelling my order if I don't receive it today 3/04/20. I won't be doing any more online shopping with them for a while after this experience. There is no communication at all explaining the reasons for the delays and when I will receive my order.

Over a week to send the item, as in to actually send it, still haven't got it, hasn't moved for over a day in melbourne! never ever again will I use this company, EVER!

Products are all okay when and if they arrive.Quick to take payment but slow to send.Customer service is non existent Doubt if I will purchase from them again even if the price is a good deal

I cancelled an online store collect order after chemist warehouse did not fulfil the total order quantity on 27/02/20. I am still awaiting my refund after contacting them on different occasions. They haven’t even responded to my emails. Shame on you for customer negligence and lack of service. I want my money back before taking this further.

My order was cancelled when they couldn't fulfil my order of 2 conditioners and 1 packet of panamax
. Instead of cancelling it completely, they sent the packet of panamax and I paid the full postage. $8 postage on a $2 pack of paracetamol. I had emailed to make them aware that I wanted it all cancelled but they conveniently posted it a few hours before they answered my email. Never using this site again.

I have purchased and made an order from them weeks ago and they have not provided any further information about the whereabouts of items. Clearly with all of these negative reviews they have a lot to answer for! Their lack of communication is unprofessional and very infuriating! Still waiting for tracking and answers! Come on Chemist warehouse get it together man! Where are my items???

I ordered online and collect at chemist warehouse Brighton store. Luckily i opened and have a look what looks like. I was shocked 4 of 5 are wrong, two boxes are used and two boxes are damaged. Feel very disappointed and disgusting.

Easy to navigate. Easy to purchase. Easy for them to take my money and confirm shipping by Friday 13th March 2020 as express shipping was paid for

BUT NO - each time i called since Tuesday, they say "it's been shipped" but when i called today! They're low on stock nothing's been shipped! Lies!
If i had bought toilet paper - understandable
But i didn't! They were so rude about it as well! Hello! Express shipping!
Not even a mention of refunding the shipping
Just a "it will be delivered by hopefully next Friday the 20th March"

Sent the wrong products, replaced what I ordered with something cheaper and claimed they were the same thing. Didn’t respond to three contacts. I wouldn’t use them ever again. The only thing worse than the online experience is going into their stores.

I wold leave a lower review if i possibly could. I placed an order 2 weeks ago on items that they claimed to have in stock. 3 days later I was told that my order would be delayed. This morning i recieved an email saying one of the products is unavailable. I chose to remove that from my order and have them ship the other. I arrived home today to another email saying that my other item was not available. This is medication that I need that I was told that they had in stock. It is not hard to run a live inventory system. In the two weeks that you held my money, I could have been looking elsewhere for what I need to stay alive. I will never shop online or from one of your stores again

Order placed 12 days ago. Delivery time quoted 2-4 days. Checked my order online and it was still sitting IN PROCESSING... I was literally sitting outside a Chemistware house store, so wanted to go in and get the items I needed. Phoned the Online customer service to cancel my order and she told me she couldn't because it had already been PICKED! Also, I could not take it into a store for refund or if I wanted to send it back would have to pay for return shipping. Absolute crap service, will never place online order again.

I purchased multiple products through the Shopback app (which links directly to the online store). The products arrived quickly and were packaged appropriately. The price was much cheaper then other stores. Thank you!

Order online for few items since 3/3/2020. No updates regarding the deliver until today 9/3/2020. Try to call their number, either engage or no one pick up the call for an hour. Placed an order it said delivery 3 - 5 days I was not told till 4 days after ordering that a few items were out of stock. After several emails my refund was done delayed but done.

I needed some medicine and ordered it online for the convenience. I added a few extra items to qualify for the free shipping. After some initial delay, Chemist warehouse sends me a notification stating that the medicine was out of stock, however, they’ve shipped the extra items (which I didn’t require and only ordered because of the free shipping) . I emailed customer service and asked them to cancel the order, they said they couldn’t as it was already shipped, I could return the items but I would be liable for the shipping costs. Unbelievable!

Have made numerous orders through click and collect. Orders are always ready within an hour, items all there, never a problem.
Have had a few issues with the young girls at front counter of 1 store. Quite a line up and I mention I have click and collect, they sigh and appear to get mad that I am putting them out. Just in a rush to get people out the door unfortunately, no manners from the really, you say hi and bye, they ignore you.
Prices are always cheap, I could spend hours looking at their range...

Chemist Warehouse has no respect for customers. They cancels orders without any reason. Contacted customer service for several days, no one replied. There is no service. It's a terrible shopping experience.
