I needed work done on my 10 year old Chrysler. The staff were very friendly, even though the dealership was extremely busy with drop offs etc.
The Job was done professionally, the car washed and done at a very competitive price.

I was in the market for a new car and was not set on anything in particular. i went to the Chrysler dealer in Darwin and received fantastic service. I had recently come from the Palmertson-Darwin Toyota which was possibly the worst customer service I have ever received. I was so wowed from the outstanding knowledge of product and willingness to tell me about his product without being a pushy car salesman.
I decided on a different brand in the end but it was not because of customer service. Come to think about it, I have dealt with many car sales men and the guy I dealt with at the Chrysler in Darwin is the best.
