Lost my old number with Circle Life when transferring to other
Please reconsider using you main contact number with Circle.Life because you may lose you number forever. It happened to me when I transferring from Circle Life to other. I paid bills, talked with Customer Service before termination as they asked. After activation the porting on 30/03, I waited for 1 day but the porting still not complete. On 31/03 my account was terminated. Thought it would be the problem with the new service I have tried to contact them many times until I got a reply said that my information I provided for porting is not matc...Read more
h the details available on the Circle.Life system so Circle.Life didn't approve the request. They asked me to contact the Circle.Life to correct my info and reactive the old number so they can re-transfer. When I contacted Circle Life on 14/04, I found out that nothing were wrong with my info I provide so I wonder why Circle Life did not allow the request? Live supports also told me that they are gonna reinstate my old number so what I need to do is just to wait the confirmation email. I waited for 2 days but there is no emails. I contact Circle Life again on 16/04 and they re-assured that I just need to wait, the reactivate is in progress, When I asked for how long, they said they don't know because it is not an ordinary request. On 21/04, I contacted the Live Chat again and they said the reinstating may not be performed since my account were already terminated, When I asked why they didn't say that early, they told me that they will check again and will email me within the day. I kept waiting until today but there was no email coming. Today I contacted Circle Life again and asked them just tell me the truth. Then they said that my account cannot be reinstate because it is over 7 days from the termination day. What a funny story about the customer service! So, that was how I lose my contact number.Similar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!

Signing up was smooth but exiting was horrible
Being fair the promotion they ran was not bad - first 4 months free, and the coverage in Sydney metro was better than Amasyim at least although not as good as Kogan or Catch Connect.
However, I requested to port out on the last day of March and my current provider confirmed that they were waiting for Circles life to release my number - on 31/03. The porting didn’t happen until 3/04! I have ported my number among various telco providers over years and it was never this slow. All providers used pro-rata for the extra few days in the new month ex...Read more
cept this Circles Life. I was with them for not even 60 hours and I had to pay for the whole month 30 days which is not fair at all! They told me this was the rule when I signed up. I felt sick like swallowing a fly - if they held your service not releasing until the new month then basically you have no position to argue with them. $28 is not a big deal but I don’t think they play a fair game. Then I chose to just pay the bill and let it go. I realised that there is no way to pay them unless you’re still their customers! They only have the option of D/D or going to the app to set up D/D when I looked everywhere for the payment method. If you’re not their customer any more you can’t even use the app. How funny it is! When you are being nice to pay them even if it’s not fair to pay the full amount, then you can’t even find an account to pay!Similar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!

Overall Circles.life has been very good
$28 for 104GB of data on Optus + calls. Has worked out really well. The app is a little annoying in that it serves up advertising for referrals and doesn't give detailed breakdown of data usage, but works well.

S**t customer service, Poor reception
Please avoid getting Circles.life. There customer service is so bad like they don't care about their customers. Their network coverage is even worst than that. I live in regional area where Optus works perfectly bit not Circles.life. Don't know why

Much better than the likes of Vaya and Kogan
I live in Dandenong, Vic and I get about a 40 to 50 mbps speed, which is comparable to actual broadband. Other than that, I have 100gb of data for just $38. I mean is that a steal or what?
Their mobile app is also hassle-free, again not like Kogan's.
I have contacted the customer service a few times (in this busy time of COVID-19) and have never went to a queue. They are very quick and helpful.

Reported to the TIO and ACCC. Cancelled sign up deals and ambiguous fine print.
Terrible company to deal with. They cancelled the offer I signed up for the day after I made my first payment 1 month later. They should never sign up a new customer to a deal that is offered and approved at sign up and then cancel that deal because you don't match their ambiguous criteria at a later date. When questioned their vague response was the instant I went to another telco. YOU SHOULD TOO!!! They also don't have the voicemail option of recording your own message only a voicemail sent via text. This is useless if you are running a business and cannot personalize your messages. Also they never stop contacting you about referring someone for extra lame discounts. I'll now defer customers for free.

Horrible telco - Will steal your money
Signed up on the $28/month plan. We realized 2 weeks in that this service wasn't for us. By this point we hadn't used all of the allocated data, so we disconnected the sim and didn't use it again. We requested termination immediately but they said we can't terminate until the first bill comes through. Once the bill came through we had $130 in pay as you go charges, despite not using more than the allocated data.
Requested a refund for the 'pay-as-you-go' and the customer support said no

Dont go- this is a scam
They say after $10 discount its $18 and they keep issuing bills for $28 every month, They dont change the bills even though you asked to, then suspend your connection incoming and outgoing in the same time. Is someone dealing with this SCAM please contact "The Telecommunications Industry Ombudsman"

Don't deal with this company, don't do it.
I bought a Sim card during a promo they where running (no contract), I had terrible data speeds so I decided to cancel.
They didn't reply to any of my emails so I went to the TIO. I finally received an email from Circles.life confirming cancellation of the service. I paid the outstanding amount prorated for that month.
A few weeks later I received another invoice, I forwarded them their previous email confirming that I have paid any outstanding amount and that the service has been canceled. They told me to forget about the invoice as it was an error.
Today I received this email from them threatening legal action.

i wish i could rate 0
I have used circles life for 4 months and never hated anything this much. ported in my number and it took them almost a week. even tho it was free the first 4 months, they asked for money every month!! customer service has no idea whats happening. talked to more than 20 different operator during this 4 months and they never helped me with anything. i was warned before about these guys. they would do anything to keep you a few extra hours in the service so they can charge you another month. if you are planning to transfer your number to another carrier, good luck with that. circles life will stick to your number and will do anything for not letting you go. Very dodgy and nasty company!!!!

Great Value
I switched to Circles.Life about 3 months ago from Optus. I snagged a $10/month discount so am now paying only $18 a month for 20gb data- about half of what I was paying at Optus for a discounted student plan. The 4G coverage is brilliant as it uses the same Optus network. The number porting process was easy and straightforward. Data speeds are faster than my NBN connection currently, I typically get an average of 40-50m/bits down and 10-15 up on Circles.Life. Really happy with the service and app interface that explains the billing cycle. I'd happily recommend them to anyone wanting a value-packed alternative to the big telcos.

Worst Service - Stay away from this crowd
Poor service is an understatement.
Never return calls.
Managers always on calls and never available to speak. Even if you wait 25mins+ they never come on the line.
The Internet was slow most of the time.
JUST STAY AWAY FROM THIS PROVIDED.

2G network.
Seems to use
2G style network. Slower
Speeds than my old dial up modem. Always freezing and cannot stream any movies or basic social meadow apps. Price is cheap but not worth it as cannot use any of the allocated data

WORST phone company ever!!
Have been overcharged on my last 2 bills. I've sent them 3 emails (they aren't contactable by phone) in the last fortnight in an attempt to resolve the overcharges and they haven't responded to any of them. Small claims court it is!!
Also their network coverage/reception is extremely poor. Constantly freezing when streaming. 3G?

what a business model based on dodgy invoicing. This guys have sent me two of them
Received invoices for Jan and Feb 2020 and I was with another telco
Contacted their support guys, they straight away accepted the mistake on 15th Jan and promised to resolve.
Received invoice for Feb and then after constant reminders for Bill payments.
Send mail to resolve the matter, this guys asked stupid questions and I have sent 10 questions list to them and no response for 5 days

Great so far, joined 5 months ago and no problems
Joined during an early promo offer for first 4 months free. No issues getting set up, porting my old number out from Boost. Everything went smoothly, no complaints. They have been quick to respond to any questions I've asked via email and the Live Chat available in their android app. They use the Optus network which has decent coverage and speeds in my area. Very happy so far.

Worse service ever
It has the worse network coverage - my
Phone was often on SOS even at restaurants and will take minutes before it would come back when in open area.
Please do not be naive like me thinking a cheap plan from a non-popular network is worth your stress and time. Go always with a legit network!
Biggest mistake ever!

Seriously bad start
I have been trying to get my sim card activated for 2 weeks now. I've been told I need to cancel the account and start again but I can't even login in to the site. Chat lines can't help and I have wasted hours trying to solve this issue. Ridiculously bad company, stay away from them.

Major problems with this non VM service, especially if you rely on hospital & specialist/ government services.
A. private #'s (cannot see who has called)
B. gov. services, as a general rule, will not leave a voice message if they can't identify who you are on the # they have called. (epic fail)
You have been warned.
Thank you pianotech. Yes! I had not realised it was a non-voicemail service. This does make things a bit awkward as I do like to screen calls and not everyone leaves tex messages...

There is NO voicemail - just a missed call service
Paper cups, string and sticky notes......
There is no Vm. If someone calls you get a text, they can leave a voicemail and it is sent to you as an mms. You cannot turn this off, nor change the greeting.
Don’t do it.
Thanks Guys
