City Farmers

This is a nice clean store. They have everything you would need and very helpful staff who are happy to help with advice and suggestions. Also good parking right outside. I highly recommend City Framers in Bedford.

The Ladies that helped me choose items for my rescue dog were friendly, knowledgeable and helped me find exactly what I needed for my dog.

My rescue dog was comfortable in the store and the staff customer service skills were excellent.

City Farmers has wide selection of pet products,varoius pets carriers n housing staff are pretty friendly n helpful.Sometimes they do come out with good discounts just join the membership.you sure to find something for your pets

My dog suffers from anxiety except when it comes to this store. I regularly use the Cannington store for the dogwash and purchasing dogfood. The store is always clean and well-stockked. Staff are knowledgeable and friendly without the hard sell. Ample parking.

Always greeted with a smile and my pets always get attention too. They love going to visit even if its bathtime. Highly recommend using this store to anyone needing advice

furbabe hates noises due past cyclones. Suggested Paw blended treat was perfect. One a day and life is peaceful. Another visit over dry skin and again a leave in conditioner was suggested and once again they were spot on. Thank you

last year I bought a bale of pea hay, they told me they weigh about 25 kg,
yesterday I bought another of the same, I was a bit put back when the guy carried it out on his shoulder, anyhow all good he carried it to my car and I went home.
still a bit nagged I weighed it and it was 15.95kg, supposed to be 25kg aprox
was nearly 10 kg short, I phoned to complain and the manager apologized and said I could bring it back for refund, I couldn't be bothered, so if you're going to
buy one ask what you are paying for

On entering the store, you are greeted with happy faces everywhere. The entire store "reeks and squeaks"of freshness. When selecting purchases, help is there, without being 'pushy'. We have always shopped at City Farmers because it is a pleasurable experience. Other Pet Food shops could learn '"selling etiquette" from the team at City Farmers. This is the reason we return to City Farmers for our animal needs.

I have only had my pup for 6 weeks and visited your store about 4 times. Very happy with the staff and their advice.All staff are friendly and very willing to asked if you need help.

The staff have always been very friendly and welcoming. If there is a query the staff are happy to discuss and confirm with other staff with needed. The store is well planned, not cluttered or smelly.

The staff are always ready to assist and very friendly. There is a large variety of items for our pets which is good as it is a one stop shop.

Staff members are knowledgeable and try to save you money by looking up special offers or discounts on products. They take a genuine interest in your pet to see if they can offer you the most suitable product rather than the most expensive product. Easy parking too. The staff members will happily carry large items to your car with a smile on their face. Nothing is a problem :)

I have not entered the Belmont Avenue store without being greeted and looked after with staff checking to see if I had found what I was looking for and engaging in friendly comments with a smile. They always make you feel welcome when you go through their front door. Congratulations Team Belmont Avenue.

While the product by Kong was not available, the staff member suggested an alternative and spoke of her experience with the stocked brand. They always make an effort to find an acceptable solution.
