Unhelpful, Rude

Took my Honda Jazz in to the Wollongong service centre this morning. Key not locking/unlocking doors. Service Desk staff were unhelpful, rude and unpleasant. Instead of asking, "What seems to be the problem", I was promptly informed that my car was not under warranty, so there would be a 'diagnosis' charge. I am not sure what they were going to diagnose as the key was simply not locking/unlocking. They then demanded that I leave the car until 3pm today or book it in for a whole day. As I explained, this is not an option as I need my car to drive to Sydney/Albion Park/Shellharbour each day for work. This seems to be a new team with little or no customer service skills. Will not be going back.
