Clean & Clear Water

Order under sink filter on 15th still no filter on 29th and no one returns calls to tell me where it is. Next time I will use another company that can deliver on time.

The initial installation was very good.
Trying to order replacement filters was a bit difficult, The sales person on the phone wasn't very helpful, and at times quite rude.
When I eventually did get the filters replaced by the company, I found white powdery residue in my kettle. I wouldn't ring this company again to get replacement filters...

We had Clean and Clear installed after people complained they didn’t like the taste of our tap water. We have never had a complaint or a problem with our filter since installment. Highly recommend to anyone wanting water that tastes like water.

Was booked in for a service, I waited and waited and no one showed up! Plus no call! Now was told have to for 2 weeks with a leaky filter!

Last week we had a guy named sonny install our water filter in freshwater. He was an absolute legend. He went above and beyond to help us. He was on time, very friendly, and gave a lot of knowledge about each water filter. I highly recommended sonny to install your water filter.

Abdul installed my new system. He was on time and did a fantastic job. He is fastidious in the work he carried out and provided me with confidence that he know what he was doing. He also cleaned the area very well before he left, which is always appreciated.

Recently had my system installed, I can definitely taste the difference in the water. I’m so happy with the product and also great customer service! Thank you clean & clear, will definitely recommend to family and friends.

We have had this filter for the last 13 years and are extremely happy with the product. The company services it yearly and today Abdul, the technician was punctual, courteous and did an amazing job. Thoroughly recommend Clean & Clear!!

My 2 year old sleeps 12-3 and I asked repeatedly for a time either in the morning or afternoon. 3 times they scheduled my install between 12-3pm. Not good customer service. I cancelled the installation and the customer service consultant could not care less.

So glad to have my water filter installed by you guys! Great customer service and always following up on servicing of the filters. Will definitely recommend!

Abdul was punctual, professional and very helpful. He extended the tubing from the water outlets to the system so that it would sit properly in the sink to drain. He also replaced parts that had visible hairline cracks or were showing signs of wear. Great job, Abdul!

One phone call and the guy from Clean & Clear replaced my old system with a 3 stage purifier (including a Doulton ceramic cartridge), a new pressure valve and tubing, and a fancy new stainless-steel tap (extra) the following day!

Josef came across as a polite, well-educated young man. He explained every thing I need to know about the water filter, he was very knowledgeable and helpful. He also was happy to answer any question I had to ask and I was happy with his quick response. His customer service was outstanding.
