I attended Clear Complexions recently and I have to share how wonderful the experience really was. The atmosphere, the way I was greeted by the staff, how comfortable I was made to feel, not to mention how enjoyable my treatment was, my nurse was absolutely brilliant!! Top notch! I've had multiple treatments at a variety of clinics over the years and Clear Complexions was just the pinicle of professionalism and service! I can't wait to come back :)

I have been to clear completions on a handleful of occasions now and every single time it has been professional, gentle, clean and the staff are extremely friendly. I have had a different procedure every time and the staff make you feel comfortable and at ease. The procedure was done carefully and the results were amazing!!! Hence why I keep returning. Oh and their products are amazing! Cleared my dry skin condition up in no time. I highly recommend their team.

I received an email from clear complexions for my birthday offering me a free cream and $50 towards my next treatment. I went into Woden clinic and was told they did not have the cream and did not understand why this email was being sent out. I was not offered an alternative or information or assistance. I asked for the manager and was told I was talking to her. I asked if she could ring me when the cream came in knowing that this would not happen. I felt dismissed. I have had a couple of treatments from the clinic and cannot say they achieved much change. One treatment I found quite painful.

Suzie and her team at Macquarie Centre did a great job on my PRP (plasma) treatment. Very happy with the overall results (have just completed my third PRP treatment). My friends couldn’t stop commenting on how perfect and youthful my skin looks now and have all asked for a referral, including some of my cynical friends at first. There was a minor hiccup on my first visit but Suzie the founder addressed the issue in a swift and professional manner. Ashley the branch manager did a marvellous job on my third visit. It was quick and pleasant. I also want to say a big thank you to all the friendly staff at Macquarie Centre that made this journey all the more enjoyable.

I wasn't truly happy with the results I was having from my laser treatment, however after meeting Ebony at the Canberra Civic clinic, my faith has been restored. Ebony was very professional in her manner and a pleasure to be around, would thoroughly recommend arranging an appointment with Ebony to discuss your needs.

I thoroughly recommend Clear Complexions at Bruce. I had a Fraxel treatment and follow-up Omnilux treatments, earlier this year, for my sun damaged skin. Whilst Fraxel was an invasive treatment, the difference to my skin has been extraordinary. My confidence has improved immensely. I have been continuing with the Rationale products and I am seeing on-going improvement.
The ladies are lovely, caring, generous and very helpful. They are very well trained and are able to answer my questions and concerns. Most of them have experienced the various treatments and use the products, the voices of experience.
As a 50+ woman my confidence is boosted and I feel that I have taken years off.
