I've been receiving skin treatments (IPL, Clear & Brilliant, Genesis & Fraxel) from Emma at Clear Complexions in Mosman for the last four months. I can honestly say I am that happy with Emma being honest, highly skilled & knowledgable, caring and easy to talk to, I now travel from interstate to keep my treatments up as they are proving to deliver the exact results I have been searching for for many years.

I have found the staff at Clear Complexions Mosman to be very friendly, professional and experienced. They have been honest and upfront throughout my journey and are open to all questions. Not at one point have i felt they have been pushy with trying to make sales rather i have been able to trust all of the advice and suggestions they have made. The products and treatments that i have used have all been wonderful and have helped my acne prone skin astonishingly! Clear complexions gungahlin is wonderful! It is a very welcoming and pleasant environment. All staff are inviting, easy to talk to and treat you with respect. My main consultant is Jenna and she is absolutely amazing! She provides the best treatment and care. Jenna is very approachable, friendly and is willing to help with anything at all. I highly recommend Jenna and the entire clinic!

Clear Complexions at Macquarie Centre is fantastic .. The staff are very customer focused and explain every procedure in detail .. Erin is a very caring nurse who definately puts you at ease before commencing any treatment on you ... it is more like having a relaxing facial ... I cant wait to have Fraxel treatment on my neck and chest .. My facial skin has improved so much after treatments and I feel I look younger than my 63 years .. I have been going to Clear Complexions Bruce for over 10 years. The Nurses and Staff are genuinely understanding, with a caring and professional approach. The procedures are sometimes very personal, and I have to say, that I have always felt reassured in this regard by the Nurse attending to me. After my Omnilux treatments, which I have regularly, the nurse always asks me if I would like some makeup, as usually I am going shopping. Their Mineral Powder and Shimmy Palette when applied just completes the overall experience. The receptionists, Krystal and Jess are always welcoming and, with regard to my appointments, always do their best to fit in with my schedule. I have no hesitation in highly recommending the team at Bruce.

It's hard to know what's best when choosing treatments and skin products. It can often be such a costly exercise of trial and error, and even then its hard to know if you've really got whats right for you. The caring staff at Macquarie Centre were supportive and informative, having a clear understanding of what treatments were best for me and what follow on products would give me the best possible outcome. Having recently had Fraxel treatment on my tired old neck area I am delighted with the results and have already booked in for further treatments in other area's of my body. I have no hesitation in recommending Clear Complexions-especially the Macquarie Centre salon.

The staff at Clear Complexions Macquarie Centre are outstanding - extensive knowledge of their products and uses, very helpful and clearly explain every procedure so you know what to expect and how to achieve the best outcomes. They're friendly and supportive, both before during and after your procedures and are extremely professional. As for the procedure itself, I'm blown away by the final product (lips) and can't wait to go back again. Hannah did my treatment and I couldn't recommend her any more highly - my lips are perfect.

I have been attending the Macquarie Centre Salon for PRP treatment for around my eyes. I have had two treatments with a final one booked in a month's time. I have been thrilled with the treatment. The black bags under my eyes have all but disappeared. This is an hereditary problem which I thought I'd be stuck with forever. As a "senior" citizen I feel I have a new lease of life and believe I'll look fabulous for my son's upcoming wedding. I've always found the staff very welcoming, friendly and professional. They all look fresh and natural. Each treatment has been carried out by the one nurse Hannah with Erin always checking on me to make sure I was happy. I highly recommend Clear Complexions.

This is a review for Clear Complexions at Bella Vista.
I felt extremely uncomfortable attending my appointment there as all the staff and other clients look so polished and beautiful and I look very rundown and haggard with very sagging skin (face).
It seems like Clear Complexions is just a place for the beautiful to get "maintenance" on their beauty.
I wish they would do something to make it a more welcoming environment for people who look "ugly" or rundown to get some help instead of it just for the beautiful who have a mindset of competing with each other based on their looks.

My journey on the quest for a 'clear complexion' happened after I experienced Rosacea. I thought the bumps and redness would never go away. Embarrassed I baked my face daily with makeup, which later I learnt only made it worse. After a very comforting consult at Clear Complexions, I followed their expert advice, and I no longer have bumpy skin. Like anything in life, consistency is the formula for success, hence I continue to stay with my dedicated nurse Emma, and continue to take her advice, use the right products for my skin, and treatments as needed. And extra thanks for setting up closer to home in Mosman, although I'd still travel the distance for your personalised service. Thanks for giving me a clear complextion.
