Climatemaster has always serviced my reverse cycle Daikon heater/cooler. They installed a new unit when the old one wore out. Climatemaster has always been professional, efficient and thorough. The service people work quickly, leaving no mess. I recommend the company without reservation.

Ian rang the day before the appointment to say he’d be about 10 minutes late as he had to get parts from the office, and to ask if we had any cough, forced isolation etc.
He arrived when he said, was friendly, professional and efficient. I paid by card, and he wiped the EFTPOS machine with disinfectant wipes before passing it to me, which I appreciated.

Technician arrived a bit early and got straight to replacing our old evaporative cooler control with a new one. He then serviced our evaporative cooler and we were very happy with him.

Climate Master were professional and reliable. They upgraded an old ducted gas heater for a new one and everything went smoothly and I found their advice and recommendations very helpful.

Team from Climate Master were very professional, explained everything in detail, patiently answered all of our questions and installation was done on time over the agreed dates. The system has now been in for a few months and is working as expected.

Everything about the new evaporative cooling installation has been good. Just one minor issue... one of the ceiling outlets has been installed out-of-parallel with the adjacent wall. All works extremely well though.

Ian confirmed appointment the afternoon before and then in the morning had the manners to text that he was running late by a few minutes. Ian was friendly and easy to talk with when he arrived. I explained the problem and when servicing the aircon Ian found the issue and installed the replacement part and also showed me the broken part - rubber ring seal that had perished due to age and wear and tear. He may be the new Dave!
