Coles Old Bar NSW have got 2 out of 2 of my Online Orders wrong.
I have placed only 2 orders online through Coles at Old Bar and twice upon collection, the staff left out my Cold/Frozen goods. The first time I got home before I realised their mistake and then had to go back to Coles to get the rest of my order. With my second I checked my order upon packing it into my car only to find that they had done this for a second time - 3 bags of Cold & Frozen goods were left out. What is the point of making an Online Order if it is always wrong and I have to stand around in the entrance area waiting for them to fix ...Read more
it? Not impressed by this system. Obviously a store level procedure issue of staff not checking orders thoroughly. Perhaps Coles Old Bar Management should remedy this. Also, some staff there seem more interested in socialising frequently with customers rather than actually serving waiting customers.Similar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!
Coles online is a joke!
Trying to place a click and collect order. Keeps telling me adjustments need to be made to my trolley. Both links do nothing. I called coles and they told me that they need to remove 8 products from my trolley. I know for a fact that many of these would have been in stock. So I hung up and went to my local coles. 7 of the 8 products they claimed were out of stock were on the shelf. Coles has become so deceitful and taken advantage of the coronavirus epidemic. Shame on them.

Thank you COLES.
In the past I have criticised Coles for poor quality online service and products.
However, when things were looking grim Coles delivered.
Under their Coles Online Priority Service (COPS) I placed a large order. The nine items out of stock were all substituted with suitable items, perishables were fresh and delivery was timely.
Understandably the driver was unable to deliver to my kitchen.
Unlike other retailers that inflated their price in these desperate times, Coles prices were pretty much on par with their regular prices.
Thank you Coles “ I’ll be back”.

Not the greatest supermarket app available..
Slow, awkward and does not have the latest specials available. This Coles app is not up to scratch. Try it out and see what you think yourself, because there is no other way to shop with Coles online.

I payed to take there rubbish
Ordered on line for the first time all my fresh produce expires within the next 48hours and some within 24hours needless to say it will get thrown out as I did shopping for a week not 48hours, I contacted the number on my invoice to complain and rudely was advised that, that is all they give for fresh produce is 48hours and 6 days for juice & milk. So you pay coles to get their rubbish and dispose of It! Will stick with Woolworths I think, never had an issue with them and doubt they’d be so deceitful

Thanks Coles.
Had no trouble putting in my order although somehow got C&C instead of delivery. Email to say some items not available I replaced with substitute items and fixed delivery. My address was incorrect, my blue (poor delivery man) and I can't seem to change it. (will persevere). there was several items unavailable and substitutions for some items in my order, some benefited me some the other way but the only one that made no sense and annoyed me was that AA batteries are not a substitute for AAA batteries. If none are available then so be it but really AA's are just not going to fit.

FALSE ADVERTISING
For the past 3 weeks I have been to my 3 local Coles in the Sutherland Shire at different times of the day including the 7am but never any toilet rolls or disinfectant. I am over 70 yo & not used to buying things online but was very happy to see Coles advert that they are worried about their senior citizens so I opened a priority account and put in a large order in for nearly a week ahead so they have time to arrange my 2 important products. Guess what, the delivery arrived yesterday with NO toilet rolls or disinfectant!!!! When you ring them ...Read more
"customer service" (I use that term very loosely) you can't talk to anyone you have to put all the information by text!!! Coles must be going broke if they can't keep enough Australians in their C S section. They should also stop their adverts saying they are caring for us when clearly they are not!!!Similar opinion? Priority Service? Coles, you are kidding.
As a Priority Service Customer I went to pick a delivery time for my online order and it came up with a message that they were unable to reserve a time and to try again. Tried every time slot and day with no luck for a week. Customer service wasn't able to help. Have gone to Woolies.

Substituted different product & refused refund
I placed an order on Friday and requested delivery on Sunday as delivery was unavailable until then. 90 mins before the delivery window I received an email advising that a number of substitutions had been made. One product was swapped for a completely different product - same brand, that I am unable to use. I contacted Coles and was told that because I had accepted T&C’s for product substitution and it was the same day as delivery, they cannot provide a refund.

Coles Appear to be Drunk with Power for Now
Registered for Coles Online as my 92 year old mother shouldn't be mixing with shopping crowds. Went through her shopping list of about 20 items, many of which weren't listed (even though I later found them in plentiful supply in the Coles shop). After clicking to place the order, it tells me the service isn't available. So I rang Coles number for online shopping help, hoping to point out my mother certainly qualifies for COPS. I get a recorded message telling me "If you're ringing to enquire about priority shopping, we can't help you. We suggest you end this call now."
This is the behavior of a company riding high on huge sales volumes who think it will go on forever. Just wait.

Excellent way to treat a cancer patient
We went into self isolation before the rest of the country because of of health issues, after waiting for nearly 3 weeks For Coles to allow immunocompromised customers to get deliveries We purchased $174 worth of goods but the app would only let us choose the “whole day delivery window” because the other delivery windows required us to order more than $150. On the day of the delivery we received an email saying that they were not supplying us with toilet paper (even though the app and the stores computer said that there was stock of around 12 ...Read more
types of toilet paper in that store). We cancelled the order because one coles member said that there was not enough toilet paper for their other orders. Frozen goods arrived as slush after being on the truck for the whole day - epic fail. ( and despite the order being cancelled) Please get someone that understands that $174 is larger than $150 to write your apps!Similar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!

This service has been brilliant!
Our order was filled accurately and dispensed quickly, arriving at our door exactly when they said it would, by a friendly and polite delivery man. It was packed with care and substitutes were carefully considered. We are totally happy. Well done, Coles!

Pathetic online ordering
Products advertised and still being shown as being available being substituted. Ordered plain digestive biscuits, got chocolate digestives as a substitute for a diabetic household. Very unclear if I can even get a refund, this not a "change of mind" request.
Replacements are same price but less quantity (such as tissues, toilet paper). It is deceptive, misleading.

vege and fruit
Coles online has been really good with delivery schedules and good fresh food items up until the last order where I got smashed avocados and an old bunch of spring onions. I was very sad as I had recommended this service to my other senior family. I am unemployed at the moment and every little thing makes a big difference so hopefully the next shop will be with fresh items.

Not available when needed the most
Online services unavailable, including priority delivery. This is when this service is needed most. Priority code comes up unable to be varified, leaving vulnerable persons without necessities.
Poor form Coles online.

Disappointing Coles, you are not protecting the vulnerable in their time of greatest need.
l am a long term Coles customer. Not able to give zero stars, I would if I could. After waiting weeks for the online priority service to be available I cannot order because when I try to check out I get the message "Some adjustments need to be made to your trolley". It doesn't advise me what I need to adjust and the links provided "Go back and find replacements" and "remove products to continue" don't work. I've tried to order on my desktop computer, iPad and iPhone with no success. Order from Woolies had been confirmed and is coming tomorrow.

Online - such a joke
I would never order online with coles, tried to get refund of items purchased which were never picked up from stores, it has been more than a month since I am chasing my refund and I am still chasing. One of the poorest online system I have seen and I know they will blame COVID-19 of all. Not all of the items I ordered online was available, I revived an email the next day telling one of the items I ordered online was not available and they charged for the rest of the items. I needed the item most was not available although it was available onli...Read more
ne to buy, I summed up a total of minimum $50 shopping to be able to purchase online and pick up from stores. I went to pick up from the Stores, I waited 15 minutes inside the store for someone who looks after the online orders, did not come in 15 minutes then I was running late and left the stores without the items, never picked up items. Did not want the items anymore however the refund have not been made even after multiple emails and even after they said they would.Similar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!

George, you missed answering a couple of queries. Yes, I did send email with query but no reply. Herald Sun also had a comment about it one day last week. No comment from Coles.
no answer but they always deliver rotten meat if you can even get protein under 45$ zero fresh seafood zero bakery items and over priced veg with farmers bragging about dumping their crops
