There Service is Terrible at there supermarkets
They Dont open cash registers and takes along time to get served and staff walk away when it gets real busy
Service isnt a priority

Watched channel ten news ...what a joke one man who did a scan from cashews to bananas went to court...how embarrassing, I was at lavington coles in Albury ...having trouble getting my items through as only 1 checkout open the lady watched me like I was a hawk ..grow up coles your a disgrace

Coles for a big supermarket is amazing. Staff are friendly, clean shops wide variety and revolutionary layout. They seem to invest more money in making their stores and staff better and it really shows. Kudos coles!

Well I went to Coles in Chirnside Park one early morning when this coronavirus was on and this was before when you had to pack your own bags i was in the express lane finished my payment and was waiting for this older lady to pack my bags and i said to her well aren’t you going to pack the bag she said oh for goodness sake there’s a crisis on and your worried about your bag being packed i said that’s terrible that’s your job you’re supposed to pack the bag and with that i walked away saying and don’t be so rude

Rotting fruit and partially frozen meat all at exorbitant prices. What are you buying? Four sub standard products in one purchase. Coles you are taking advantage of this virus to off load your old stock. Shame on you. I will no longer enter your store.

Why have coles got no stock? They've employed thousands of new staff yet shelves are still bare. Are selfish morons still stockpiling?
Woolworths has stacks of toilet paper on their shelves, unfortunately it's too expensive for me, yet coles has none!! One day I was told that they didn't get a delivery the night before. Come on coles get your act together, if woolworths can do it, why can't you?

I'm a fan. So close and well stocked and they have everything I need. I understand that they take business away from some of the smaller local companies which is a shame and I definitely recommend everyone to support local businesses. I always get other items from my local grocer, butcher, health store, etc but for everyday convenience Coles do a great job

I'm over 70 coles wont give me cops or home delivery don't know why? Have to get up very to be at shop by 7 and pay 10 to 20% more than before cov. Nice one you inconsiderate greedy unaustralian corporate thieves.

Do my main shop here and also. Coles have guaranteed prices, a brilliant range of Indian and Asian foods so I can experiment . Always fresh barramundi, love their deli. Cheese range fantastic and upmarket. I shop at the Northam store which is one of the newer Coles and it has very large aisles so no banging trolleys and easy to find everything.

They refused to refund ice cream after 2 min bought from self checkout . Poor service duty manager does not want to listen and keep saying sorry I can't do .I told them to check camera not even more than 2 min I was still at coles.

My local Coles in Liverpool Westfield it’s just perfect place for grocery shopping. For the past 4-5 months I wasn’t able to find anything when I go shopping after work, however lately the place is always stocked up and very clean regardless what time of the day you go to. I guess they’ve got new management.Well done

It seems for the past month that stock as toilet paper, pasta etc haven't been on the shelves even after 8am in all gawler supermarkets Coles. Totally frustrating for people that are out of town.

Great discounts sometimes on amazing products or on seasonal products. Great incentive to try new products. Better prices than woolworth, i would very much recommend this supermarket to anyone. Thanks.

Coles Kilmore. 1 Disabled car park left. All others have been utilised to provide a spacing for queing for social distancing. Adequate spaces on the other side of the door.

Please ensure you ALWAYS check pricing at this store. I have been overcharged due to incorrect pricing at the terminal and mislabelled pricing on the goods too many times recently.
Coles couldn’t even bother responding to my complaint. I guess I will never be compensated.
Why is it illegal to steal from Coles, but it is ok for them to steal from their customers?
Maybe it’s time to go Aldi?? I am sure that Woolworths are just as bad.
Also, why have prices risen significantly due to Corona? Coles need to drop the nice guy image from their ads. Do you really think your customers are that stupid?

Either they cannot restock shelves due to poor supply or it being broken down into smaller packets to increase profits. I imagine it is not just coles doing this. There is something wrong with the food supply. It too much being exported perhaps also?

Media tell us that coles has a warehouse full of toilpaper,why can't they supply it to regional areas,Forster has not had continues supply for weeks,WHAT IS THE PROBLEM!!!, get the army in there if its a transport problem

I am so disappointed with you Coles. During these hard times you have doubled your prices on everything during the Covid-19 pandemic. Why have the prices increased so much? It is a hard time for everyone, please consider decreasing the prices.
