Perfect highly recommended
Customer service was amazing the at fault driver was charged for vehicle . My car was a Toyota Yaris Sedan the compass car was also a Toyota but Corolla hatchback was so good to drive newer and better conditions.. my car was badly smashed was written off total loss Compass car exceeded my expectation

Fantastic service
Instead of having to take a week off work & keep my son off school due to our car being at the panel beater, Compass provided us with a great car to use during that time, we couldn’t have been happier.

Luxury Car.. more like a crap box! Worst customer service ever!!
I was referred to this company by Mercedes so one would think you'd get top class service and replacement vehicle, especially for not-at-fault.. how wrong was I to think that!! Firstly, as I have a small child and baby seat I requested I didn't get a small car or hatch as it was too difficult to get a kid in an out of.. I was ASSURED that I would get a B or C class.. The afternoon before I get a call at 3pm to advise that my car would be ready the next morning at the repairers, when I asked what I was getting I was told an A class, which is the...Read more
same size as a small hatch.. I told them that I had requested a larger car and they apparently had no record.. I was told I'd get a call back in 30 minutes so they could sort it out.. an hour and a half later I phone them back to be told that a car wouldn't be ready for me at 8am at the repairer when I dropped it off and that they would stick me in an Uber and have the car to me some time in the afternoon, delivered to the city... ummm and where are you going to park it whilst I'm in my office?? Apparently not their concern.. so finally they track down a vehicle for me.. I arrive at Mercedes and up pulls a crap box of a car, covered in scratches and dents, and they have the audacity to ask me for my credit card just in case I get in an accident and damage the car! Anyway, start driving to work and flick the A/C on and a burning plastic/oil smell fills the cabin. It's so strong I have to turn the air off.. so I call the customer service manager and she tells me that I'm using it incorrectly (insulting my intelligence).. anyway, says she'll call me back the next day to check.. So the very next day she calls in the afternoon whilst I'm at work to see how the car is, I tell her I'm in the office and not in the car so will call on my way home. On the way home same thing with the A/C, stinks!! So I call and I'm told that she wants to speak with me but is on another call so will call me back.. that was Wednesday afternoon. Friday night at 7.45pm I finally get a call, AGAIN she insult me by telling me I'm not using it properly! Ummmm I have the exact same car!! I know how to use the flippen A/C!!! I've been stuck at home for the last two days because it's been over 38 degrees both days and I have a car in my driveway that I can't use because the aircon stinks and I don't want to be in it, let alone put my kid in it.. Now they tell me they may have a replacement vehicle on Monday.. so I can't use it all weekend either.. BEWARE!! DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND STAY AWAY FROM THESE CLOWNS!!Similar opinion? Good but can be better with the phone enquiry
The actual service was great ( very easy to deal with) but when I called (on the weekend), they can only take notes and was unable to provide the answers for me because they are call center and people who work in the branch (In Sydney) only work Mon-Fri. I will still recommend to my friends as they are friendly and very easy to deal with.

Great customer service
Compass customer service was great. Having the car delivered promptly to my address saved some anxiety after my daughters car accident. The car delivered was smaller than what we were expecting (a Yaris replacing a Corolla) but that wasn’t a big problem.
The car was used as a replacement vehicle through the other drivers at fault insurance claim so we didn’t need to worry about a bond. Although it was small it met our needs.

Was very welcome during a stressful time.
The customer service was great I was not aware of this car hire before accident. It was difficult to get assurance that i was not at fault and sometimes i could not contact the Newcastle office. The car was for private use only and satisfactory for my needs.

Brilliant experience
Customer service was friendly, quick and reliable. I was sceptical at first, but what they promised they delivered under a "no fault" claim. We were involved in an accident that was not our fault and offered the services of Compass as I had never heard of them. I searched them prior to making contact. I was advised of when the car would be delivered and they also picked it up from our house. The representative was very friendly and knowledgeable and carefully explained the process including the requirements to avoid any fees. We did not pay anything for this service as the other party had to cover all costs.

Good service
Customer service was good. An easy process to replace my car for the period of time that my car was repaired. The vehicle was similar with my car and met my needs to be able to drive to work during my car being repaired.

Helpful and positive from the first call. The consultant I dealt with guided us through all that was needed to get the vehicle. The vehicle we received was identical to the one in getting repaired. We needed the vehicle for my son who is an apprentice tradesman sadly due to his age he was unable to drive it, as he was to young to hire a utility at 20.

Perfect Replacement Vehicle
Customer service was excellent - I had no payments or bonds to make as I was "no fault".
The vehicle was not what I had expected - it was BETTER!!! My car was a mustard Jazz and Compass brought me a mustard Kia Rio as they had seen the colour of my car and assumed (rightly) I wouldn't really want a dull grey or black car!
My usage was for personal only - driving to exercise class, to the shops and certainly met my needs more than adequately,
