On discovering termites in my home I was highly concerned and anxious. Complete Termite Solutions were prompt, professional and knowledgeable. I initially contacted them for just advice however after meeting with their staff they I gave them the job such was the good impression that they made. They were excellent and we thank them.

Wow!! I couldn’t believe the results! It has made a huge difference to our lifestyle. We have midges from early in the morning to late at night. I had read so much about getting rid of midges and thought it was impossible not to have them. When we got it done, I thought if we get 3 days midge free I’ll be happy. But this really works and we are SO happy. Thankyou. Thankyou!!!

Their so-called termite protection warranty on our new home is fake. It's effective for only 1 year, and we have to pay $285 per year to extend it. If we miss payment by 1 day, the warranty is void. Beware, this is a rip-off.

We are very happy with service from both technicians Woody and Jacob who were very thorough with the inspection and installation of bait stations. Highly recommend.

I found active termites in my home in the morning and by 4 pm Jacob had arrived to inspect the damage. I was quickly put at ease by his factual knowledge of the problem and his calming nature that all could be fixed. Both he and Liz in the office were so wonderful in a very stressful time. Our baiting and monitoring system has now been installed by two lovely guys- who even asked if putting their radio on would be ok ! and I have been informed every step of the way. I am now relaxed about what the procedure is in the future and with these guys looking after my home, I feel better. I cant recommend them more highly. They would have to be the best customer service and prompt professional guys I have had in my home over the years.

Just wanted to let you know how amazing Jacob was to have at our home today completing the Termite Barrier.
He was so thorough, extremely informative and an absolute pleasure to deal with .
He worked all day, only stopping to answer my or my husbands questions .
I'm so happy to have found such a friendly and great local company, it's truly been a pleasure in acquiring the work for something that is the complete opposite of pleasurable ( termites ! )

I called complete termite solutions just to do an inspection on my home, we have recently done a lot of gardening work removing tree stumps etc. this stirred up some termites in the yard and they made their on the house, luckily I called Complete Termite solutions for this inspection just a week after the gardening and they noticed the problem before damage could be done!
