Good everyday tyres
Factory fitted since 2007 to be replaced this month 2015 with the same tyres.
Have done 72k kms. City driving. No major issues just the normal occasional flat etc. I have a Jeep 2007 Patriot since new, with the experience I had they could be strongly recommended to anyone. Thanks

Perfect Tires For Summers
I have a Honda Civic 2013 in Pakistan. I replaced OEM tires with these tires and had good experience despite not so good road conditions. I have driven them 27000 KM so far and tread appears to be in good shape. Seems still 30,000 KM more to go at least.

Absolute Rubbish
Don't waste your money! We had these tyres on our 2012 Nissan Dualis Ti-L factory fitted it had done less then 30,000km's when the tyre blew out whilst doing 100km/h for no apparent reason, tyre pressure monitoring system never went off so the tyre wasn't losing air before this happened. I would never recommend these tyres to anyone we were just lucky it didn't end worse then a blown tyre!

Great all weather tyre
Came fitted on my new car and found them to be a great all rounder tyre that gives great dry and wet performance. On my car they offer decent quality of ride and are not too noisy on most road surfaces apart from coarse gravel roads typically found once outside the city limits.
Well priced for what they offer though wear is not that good but I would rather have a higher wearing tyre that offer great dry and wet grip than a tyre that offers longer life and lower grip levels.
Pros: Great grip in wet and dry conditions.
Cons: Higher wear compared to other brands.

So far so good.
These tyres were fitted to my 2013 fiesta from new and as of now, I have done 12,700 klms and have not noticed any wear at all. Some people are saying that they have had sidewall failures and have gotten less than 20,000klms out of them, but from what I've read, most of them were low profiles as in 45s. I do not know why this is, but to go down in profile size and up in rim size would probably bang a bit if the suspension is not set up for that profile, not to mention keeping the wheel alignments up to them. Mine are 1.85-55-15s and they're not...Read more
too bad at the moment. A bit rough on certain types of bitumen but i'll have to wait a while to see if they get any worse. I don't drive that hard, but they seem to be ok in the wet. I've had one alignment and had them rotated and looking at them they should do between 60 and 80,000klms. Comfort factor is acceptable. At $145 a throw, I can get Khumos cheaper and they do ride better because I've had them before.1 comment

Good factory tyres
Continental ContiPremiumContact2 tyres were standard to my 2013 Honda Civic Hatch. I've been driving it for 2years and the odometer at 27k and still is fantastic!

I've replaced three already!
We have a Nissan Dualis Ti-L 2012 FWD. These tyres were factory fitted and we have had our third sidewall failure in less than 40,000 kms. We've spoken to Jax Quickfit and they claim it's wear and tear. Continental on other hand won't even return our calls. All failures have been on the front wheels. I've given up on these tyres and I'm waiting on the rear to wear so that I can replace them all with a new brand!

Rubbish..don't waste your money
Had these on a Jeep Patriot as supplied at manufacturing, wear visible after 15,000km & continued balance, alignment & rotation. Too soft unless you're driving on brand new roads. Nice & quiet but doesn't make up for the quality. After 32,000km I've given up & have already needed to put a spare on.

Very ordinary service and product
I bought 4 new Continental PremiumContact 2 Tyres and had a blow out on one of the tyres whilst travelling at 100k/h. I took the tyre to jax quickfit tyres for their warranty claim and they had a rep come through and take the tyre for testing. Continental have said they wont allow the claim to go ahead because the tyre was driven on whilst flat. Well of course the tyre was driven on whilst flat when it blows out when driving at 100k/h, as you do need time to stop the vehicle.
Jax quickfit tyres were helpful and communicative
Continental have poor reasons and take forever in their processing

Excellent wear
These tyres were supplied with my new Audi A4 B8 and have lasted 60,000 kilometres, an excellent tyre overall with good handling, comfort and low road noise.

Briliant grip when new in the dry
Expensive tyre but they arent all they are cracked up to be. do not compare to cheaper dunlop sports or kumhos. i would put nangkangs on before i put these on my car again......
Very quiet and smooth riding, decent dry weather grip
Wet weather grip is terrible even when the tyre is new, over priced, phenomenally fast wearing

Excellent
After needing new tyres on my Peugeot 308 XSE HDI i went with Michelin Primacy LC tyres as i have had great results with Michelin before but these turned out to be the worst tyres for this model, very poor ride crashing over bumps and causing suspension rattles the 308 has a firm suspension after 5,000klms had to replace them could not stand the harshness anymore, so put on Continental contact2 205.55.16's and even though 400 grams heavier than the Michelin's the difference in ride was amazing and no more rattles, makes the car a pleasure to drive again
Very good ride, Quiet and very smooth, not overly expensive for such a good quality tyre
Nothing very lpaese with them and will use again and recmmend to others

Very content with ContiPremiumContact 2
I fitted four 215/60/R16 Continental ContiPremiumContact 2 tyres to a Toyota Aurion AT-X in April 2011 and have done about 7,500 km since then (the previous 55,000 km were on Dunlop SP300E tyres that are reviewed elsewhere on this site). The Aurion AT-X is front wheel drive with a 200 kW powertrain and weighs in at around 1500 kg. It is a very quick car that is light and precise through corners: the engine and transmission are well matched and coupled with good suspension and brakes.
The ContiPremiumContact 2 tyres have performed extremely ...Read more
well over the last four months. The Aurion feels very stable on gravel as well as bitumen and in both wet and dry conditions. The ride is smooth and extremely quiet - and essentially silent on smooth bitumen. The Aurion can put a lote of power to the front tyres but I have never had any wheel spin at launch, even on worn asphalt in the wet. I'd absolutely recommend these tyres for a passenger vehicle, even though I'd never heard of Continental before they were suggested to me. Great tyres for an Aurion AT-X The Germanic tendency to run words together?Similar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!

Mostly excellent tyre
To date these Premium Contact 2's are the best at wet or dry grip I have had on any car - only by a small margin mind you! Some others come close in certain areas.
I am even surprised to find they wore better than I expected - not amazing - 3/4 worn at 12500m Just starting to loose a little traction in the rain pulling out up hill and turning.
Ride is pretty smooth if very slightly bumpy. Steering is very nice and holds a straight line.
Only downside is they are certainly not so good in the snow as some previous tyres - eg Pirelli P6. P6 however needs constant adjustment on the motorway (jiggly) Feel on the Contis is great.
Excellent grip all round in both dry and wet
Not so good in the snow.

Acknowledged - but some other Summer tyres are way better than this one in the snow - this one seems to literally slice at the snow making traction worse than useless. True to say if you have a lot of... Read more

So far very happy
I have CONTINENTAL PREMIUM CONTACT tyres, NOT the premium contact 2 tyres. So far I've done about 2500km on them and I'm very happy with them. Great grip, very quiet, smooth, and the car feels much more stable. I don't think they are a sports tyre, but for most people they are more than enough. I'd reccommend these to anyone
grippy, very quiet, smooth riding tyres
none so far.

Update on the Continentals. The tyres have done 32,000 klms and they won't get much more. These are so comfortable that they are almost too comfortable. Handle well, but useless for longevity. Have be... Read more
en rotated twice and the ones that were on the front have almost had it. Have always had wheel alignments and tyres have worn perfectly even. No sign of scrubbing, but rubber compound so soft that i would advise anyone who has these tyres to rotate them every 5,000, not 10,000. Good for comfort but too expensive and don't wear well.
