Great grip with maximum contact

published

Recently purchased a set of Continental MC6 tyres for our sedan, tyres are magnificent in the wet and dry. The tyres handle the corners and roundabouts very well. Braking in both wet and dry are seamless and have so far have been very reliable in Melbourne traffic. On highways and freeways, there are hardly any noise generating from the tyres, try to keep the tyre pressure circa 3-4 kpa above the recommended pressure.

Premium tyre at a budget price

published

I bought a set of 4 x 215/60 x 16 Continental UltraContct UC6 tyres to replace the Goodyear Assurance Tyres that were on the car and after some 55,000 kilometers were no longer roadworthy. The first thing i noticed was that the new UC6 Tyres were much quieter than the Goodyear's they replaced. After 20,000 km, I find that the UC6's give excellent wet weather grip and steering is very precise and wear is minimal. I have paid a lot more for major brand name tyres in the past, that do not measure up to the performance of the UC6's. Would I buy them again? Yes.
