My file got passed through to least 3 of solicitors. It was up to me to find out who handled my file. No correspondence from them and once they are paid don't expect any assistance. Don't hold your breath if they tell you "I'll be getting back to you asap". You have to chase for information on a constant basis...numerous calls and emails before any response. They are surely not the leading conveyancing specialist as they advertise to be.

I agree totally with the previous comments. Unprofessional manner and poor communication. Save yourself the stress (moving itself is stressful enough) and find another company.

This is the worst company i have ever used they never answer calls or ring back,they told me they booked settlement but they havent they changed paralegal half way through the process, i had to chase up every lil thing,i even had to ask who i pay my money too,"well if u wanna settle you have to put money into our account today ",so if i hadnt called today to see what was hapening i would have not paid and would need an extension which would cost me money. My blood is boiling that a company can treat people like this and get away with it. Justice will be served. Do not use them I swear u will be dissapointed and pi**ed off and may not get you house on time.
I didn't like a dam thing about them, they are hopeless and I don't recommend them.
