Coral Homes (QLD & NSW) Questions & Answers

Coral Homes, to me they are not expensive in price. I got the best out of my budget and quality things in our house.

My experience with Coral homes was not the cheapest quote but very competitive with other quotes. I wanted a steel construction. Coral came out in front.

We compared prices of lots of builders in SE QLD, Coral Homes was one of the most affordable and we found they also had very welcoming Sales Consultants after visiting around 4-5 showhomes of theirs.

I find coral homes to be the best. I believe the will give you a beautiful house.

You could look at shaving a metre through the centre smaller hall and bring the garage in could be an option if the garage is offset

60-70k from almost every builder. It’s not ‘hidden cost’ it’s just not included in the base plan as building is very custom.
Things to consider no matter the builder.
Slab, lighting(downlights), cooking/AC driveway, curtains, size appliances, bench tops. Vanities, carpet, tiles, vinyl. Ceiling fans. Phase power to house, solar, turf, fence. The facade can range from 0-20k as well. My suggestion would be if you know your end budget talk to Coral homes tell them that’s your limit and what your needs are and work with them on a plan to suit.

We built in Sunshine Coast, dealt mostly with Rory, but all contact with Coral people was good.

We built in Lennox Head. So went to Haley in Ballina. She was amazing!!!!

They had a fixed price contract with us, only changed costs were ones we asked for and one for engineering once they were able to access the land.

They are really good. Cost came in almost exactly what we were quoted. Only changes were from us, and maybe one extra smoke alarm that had to be installed!!!

The building process was fantastic from start to finish. You will not be disappointed

Hi Frankie - we built in mid north coast NSW with Coral and we can highly recommend them. From start to finish our home has run smoothly and is everything we were hoping for. Our SS was fabulous and this is the answer to a perfect building process.

We loved the Noosa 23 as a display home so we went to Coral Homes to have one built for us. How perfect it was in the display village. Nothing like what we had built for us.

Not sure how Coral homes NSW compares to Queensland Gold Coast but we were very happy with the quality of the build and found their prices to be very competitive

We’re looking at Coral homes, Domaine and Simonds. I am aware of some really concerning bad reviews for Coral but have also found positive ones especially for the one in Marsden Park which we will be dealing with. It really comes down to the tradesmen on the job and site supervisor

This is a review OF coral homes...would you not call Coral Homes?
