We're super happy with our new Coral Home. Our sales consultant was extremely helpful and made the process to tender really easy. As soon as we got onsite Brad made sure things ran smoothly from start to finish - if we could rate him as a supervisor alone it would be 5/5!

Our journey with Coral Homes started great with the sales staff: Sales team 7.5/10, admin team was really a let down 4/10 but fortunately we had an amazing site supervisor in [Name Removed] & our build went well despite a Christmas break 8.5/10. He tried to keep up with our timeline and got us in with a minimal delay

From the sales process to now 1 year post build we couldn't be happier with our decision to build with coral homes. Our salesman was amazing to deal with and made the whole process an amazing and exciting experience, ensuring the changes to our design, council and all legal and financial processes were efficient dealt with and stress free. Our site manager really went over and above to ensure our new home was delivered perfectly in a time-frame that put the pressure on from the start but with good weather on his side he managed to juggle all of the trades, never seeing a day without construction and getting everything finished in time. Our home was delivered on time, on budget and we love it.

We absolutely loved building with Coral Homes and our site supervisor made the whole thing especially easy. Being our first home, we really had no idea what to expect or how to handle all the decision making, however the whole Coral Homes team made it so effortless and took the weight off our shoulders! We thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience and would recommend Coral Homes to anyone!

Nearly at the finishing stage of my house and so far Coral homes have been great right from the sales till now. It was great building with coral home we build Lisbon 31 with a little bit of difference of our own design it was great to have options of what really wants and not to be removed or add, sales consultant [Name Removed] was great and helped a lot through process. Also during construction had no issue everything was great and [Name Removed] site construction was great and helpful through construction period. If i build again i will definitely go with coral homes again.

We're currently midway through the construction of a Bahama 37 in NSW. [Name Removed] is our site supervisor and has made the build process smooth and efficient! We have seen great progress in a short period of time and [Name Removed] has kept us updated throughout the process including ongoing site visits where he has walked us through the progress of the build. [Name Removed] has also been extremely helpful with changes we've wanted to make and has helped with liaising with Coral Homes' head office where necessary. We've had a great experience so far with the build and are looking forward to completion.

This was my third build with Coral Homes and everything went super smoothly. Our salesperson [Name Removed] at Thornton Homeworld was really helpful, [Name Removed] was our amazing contact person in head office and [Name Removed] was our supervisor. Things were a bit slow to start but [Name Removed] was so organised he made up for it by the end of construction. He updated us every week what was going on something we didn't have with our last build. Really happy with our beautiful new Santorini and a big thank you to Coral. We had a fixed price upfront and it didn't change at all.

The finish of our Avoca 23 is amazing and this mostly due to our ss [Name removed]. His eye for detail is amazing and any issues we had were quickly dealt with.
Coral Homes are clear in what is included in their prices, which helps you to budget.

Great Communication from the sales consultant [Name Removed], very clear with all the details. The tile selection was a easy process with good advice. Electrical appointment and the colours meeting was a lot of fun and we were looked after with happy staff and professionalism which resulted in a happy experience.

The administration side of Coral needs improvement. We were off to a bad start.
Communication was key for us. 2 people went above and beyond to communicate with us constantly and got things done [Name Removed] and our project director [Name Removed].
[Name Removed] saw the start of our build through to handover and we couldnt have been in better hands. Very happy with our finished home. [Name Removed] was professional in every way. We had weekly updates and progress reports and he always made time for us.

We are at the beginning of construction now. Julia Randall, our home consultant, is a real gem. She has looked after us so superbly as she guided us all the way through to completed plans & tender. Nothing has been too much trouble. We are so grateful to her.
Our Colour & Electrical consultants guided us through all our decisions when we spent an exciting day at the Gold Coast showrooms.
Aleisha Stuart, our pre-site manager, kept us fully informed as our variations were completed & signed in due course.
