After a bit of a delayed start waiting for title to come through, once the project was passed to [Name Removed] our Project Manager, the build went very smoothly and promptly. our Property manager was also impressed with the standard of the build at the time of the final walk-through/check with very little left to be touched up. Another great build from Coral Homes, our second, and would have no hesitation in recommending this company.

Our build was well managed, most of the work was excellent, however some things required fixing which was promptly managed by our supervisor. All issues were managed in a timely manner and the staff I dealt with were polite and helpful. We were pleasantly surprised that our final cost came in under the estimated cost! Would 100% build with coral again!!

Im glad I was able to visit the site regularly as progress was being made because there were several issues that would have been covered over once the linings went in.
The Site Supervisor (while hard to get in contact with at times via phone or email) was very easy to deal with and as we have built several homes previously, he knew there was no hiding
The sales expereince was excellant although there were times that information provided at various meetings had to be restated again BUT we got there in the end

Our build was very well managed, from the time construction began. Any issue that popped up was handled without any hiccups at all. All costing from the initial quote to the final contracts were upfront and incredibly transparent. We loved having the ability to adapt the plans to design ou dream home. The workmanship of the build was great, however there are a few minor rough finishing touches (grout imperfections and silicone leftover)

Let's just say, if it wasn't for the building supervisor we would have given this experience a 1 star. The quality of the build was great, great communication with other trades, actual build time just under the 16 week mark. Stayed under budget. Definitely worth all the negative experience from pre construction and there delays. That was an absolute shambles from delays with no excuses, not receiving any updates of situation. I would recommend the quality of the build and the building supervisor 100%, but not head office and the customer service.

I built at Stockland Pallara, [Name Removed] was my building supervisor. He was very professional and managed the build excellently. All the workmanship were great and [Name Removed]worked tirelessly to make sure that the quality of the of build was excellent. [Name Removed] was prompt in rectifying our concerns. Our final building cost is lower that our estimate.

We had the great pleasure of having two of the best people to help us throughout this stressful process. They where attentive, thoughtful and always there to help you with any queries or requests. They kept you updated and ensured you always had and got everything you needed and wanted. I would 100% recommended Coral to anyone who was building. Great customer service and beautiful homes.

From day one of receiving a phone call from [Name Removed] my husband and I knew we were in amazing capable hands. As first home builders everything was overwhelming and confusing to say the least but [Name Removed] made the process so easy. Replying to emails promptly and helping us throughout every issue that arose. [Name Removed] the Sales consultant was very knowledgeable, professional and positive about the building process. [Name Removed] at Head office was very helpful during the colour selection and [Name Removed] the site manager exceeded expectations. He was very professional and supportive during the building process and always kept me well informed with weekly emails. He always returned my calls promptly and nothing was too much of a problem.
