Turning buyers off
There seems to be a pattern of sleazy sales tactics. I had a coronis agent try to "con" me in to making an offer on a property because he forgot that I already made an offer on his other listing . He would say things like can you give me feedback on the property then would argue with anything that I said, when I advised about the other offer he said well that offer wasn't enough (20k over asking price) then continues to try to sell the unwanted property to me. Since then Id get his "weekly update" spam emails. A few weeks later a different agen...Read more
t from the same office sent me an advertisement email about a different property, I called them and was advised that is was already under offer. I advised how irritating it was to receive a targeted email about a property that was already not available. I just got the usual crap of we are legally allowed to do that so it wont change. Now when I see a property with coronis I dont even bother looking at it anymore because I assume the price is either clickbait and is actually 50k more or they are advertising the property whilst under contract which annoys buyers but makes their life a bit easier.

Poor service and lack of professionalism
During the tenancy never followed their schedule to inspect. There were delays and no notification about the changes of their schedule. Slow to respond to your enquirers. But they work Very hard at the end of your tenancy checking each and every tile, making sure everything looks picture perfect for the landlords so that they will keep using them. They never say thanks for you to clean and remove the construction leftovers at the start.
Be careful if you rent with them especially newly built houses. Take pictures and videos, evidence everyth...Read more

Poor service and lack of “management”
We have been renting the same property for over 3 years with no issues at all and since our landlord changed to Coronis for rental property management, we have had nothing but issues. Their lack of communication is just the start of it. We have been told we are late with rental payments even when rent has been deducted each week via direct debit (As proven by bank statements), they are taking their time in resolving the rent issue with the rental ledger which we have personally investigated and found the problems with it and notified them of th...Read more
em, notice of entry emails are not being received due to the email address being incorrect and even after being told 3 times it was incorrect, they failed to correct it. This office is just a headache. As tenants, we should not be going to the lengths that we have to prove evidence of our weekly payments when it’s their job to “manage” the property in the first place.

excellent help
The sales staff from the Arana Hills office that we had to help us with the preparation for sale, sale and after sale follow up was fantastic. The valuation was pretty close to what the market was running at and delivered. There were other valuations, one that seemed to be to good to be true and another that was similar but a bit lower. Very polite and extremely helpful.

Try to take my bond
The unit is in Brisbane, QLD. After vacating the unit, I tried to contact them regarding bond processing. I did not understand why they tried to delay the communication. As I do not have an permanent address yet, I was a bit worried. After nearly two weeks, I had a sense that something was wrong and decided to also make the claim. Then received an email from RTA that Coronis already claimed all the bond. I emailed them to ask for a reason. Surprisingly, they said they signed off for the bond to be released to me and sent me the form without any...Read more
date which appeared to me that just had been generated. I called RTA and asking repeatedly about their claim. RTA repeatedly told me that Coronis claimed the bond FOR THEM. This is just unacceptable. Thinking about international students who were and are renting with this greedy agent and may have lost their bond for no reason just makes me sad. I do not usually write review but I strongly feel the need to do it this time. Sorry for a long story but I hope it helps.Similar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!

Horrrible People
I have had a person of this group as my customer for few years. Being a customer does not mean customer can do everything in a store. She eventually left with traumatic memory. She is one of the worst customers. Coronis should pick a right person for them.

Avoid at all costs
I paid the premium package to manage my property which includes all fees for leasing, smoke alarms and 4 property inspections. In two years, I received only 1 inspection report, was billed for smoke alarms & asked to pay for leasing. The agents allowed a dog kennel to be built in the laundry & left poop all over the backyard despite me saying no pets. The agents did not have the decency to take this from the tenants bond. I have to spend more time managing them, all whilst paying 5% more than other agents in the area. The service received by Coronis is so poor. I would never recommend them to anyone.

Coronis: avoid, avoid, avoid
Coronis utilizes possibly the worst set of business tactics I have ever
experienced from a real estate agent/property manager. Dishonest to
lessors and lessees alike. A thorough disgrace to the entire Australian
real estate sector. Utterly hopeless record keeping, flat out deliberate
cost and accountability shifting from property manager to contractors
and tenants. Zero value for money in property management fees. Complete
inability to conduct themselves professionally and certainly not in
accordance with what property managers are trained to d...Read more

Most terrible
The most disappointing renting experience I've ever had or generally the most terrible service of all types I've ever seen. I've personally rented from districts run by crime groups yet they were less of a bully than Coronis. Communications with Coronis will end up with nothing but empty lies from their agents. Even RTA Breach Notices will only rust in their mailbox for eternity. They specifically deny your urgent requests like power/water shutdown. They even send in repair team a few years after you submitted the request. They accuse you of pr...Read more
e-existing damages. They damage your property with absolutely no plan of restoring it but still demand you to live inside paying full rent. And once you leave their service for good, they use their worst words to insult you in every way possible, making sure you don't get another place to live. They even firmly refuse to communicate with you with written emails in fear of leaving evidence. The locals must be extraordinarily forgiving people, otherwise I can't find another reason this terrible company of a group of liars and, technically criminals, still exists.Similar opinion? Invasion of Privacy
Very disappointing that the Toowoomba agency goes through data, trying to find the owners of rental properties and then sending them unwanted marketing material. And to be personally addressing it to us, not just "The Homeowner". Very unprofessional and another agency that we wouldn't be bothered to use.

Girl on phone just hung up after a direct and bold question
I'm a tenant. I called and asked to speak to my property manager and the girl on the phone asked me questions on what the call was in regards to. Questions became a bit detailed and I asked if I could just speak to my manager directly or not, as I didn't want to have to repeat the details again to the manager (I need to get back to work asap). She hung up, without saying anything, phone just went dead silent right after I asked with a strong voice. Clearly she couldn't handle a direct question. I called back and was answered by another lady; I ...Read more
told her I wished to speak to my manager, and she immediately said my manager was out at that time and then therefore went onto ask for details (which then made sense). The girl that hung up, well, I don't know what happened to her, but that just seemed unprofessional and incompetent. I didn't call to sweet talk her, if that's what she was after. I simply wanted to speak to my manager, and should have been told upfront that she wasn't available after asking again. The second lady seemed much more professional in her speech and handling of the query.Similar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!

Not given a fair go for being a single mum!!
Worst real estate! Not given a fair go! They judge an educated single mum going through DV! Absolutely Heartless!! And Shameless!
I'm an educated women, I'm an ICU NURSE, I've owned my own house for 18yrs. Being a single mum of 3 and trying get out of a DV situation is not what I chose, but I was disregarded and it was used against me. No explanation was given, receptionist was cold, email was cold and rude. And my refers stated no one even made contact.
Why bother having applicants when they obviously don't give you a fair go.
Absolutely disgusting, esp when I expressed how much finding a home was essential. No phone call. They could have given us a fair chance! All I wanted to keep my kids safe.

Every day, we receive multiple applications on multiple properties and it is not always possible to know the circumstances surrounding every applicant as they come in. We can confirm we received your application nearly 24 hours after the property inspection on 9 May however we received another application immediately after the inspection on 8 May, which was approved by the owner prior to us receiving your application. We do hold all applications until the approved applicant pays their deposit in the case they do not proceed and we can offer the property to other applicants. Once the deposit is paid in full, a notification email is sent automatically from our system to anyone who has missed out. The team processing your application would not have know your specific circumstances and they would never ever hold those circumstances against anyone if they did. Our team are very considerate and compassionate and are active in helping women in difficult circumstances as we are currently working very closely with Friends with Dignity to help women and families in need. We hope that explains the process but if you wish to discuss further, please contact our Property Management Area Leader Tracey Kelly on 3105 5777. Terrible property Managers
Have just moved into our rental property and have had nothing but issues with paying our rent. Despite emails, text messages and even a visit, we have been blatantly ignored by our so called property manager. We have only been in the property for approx 4 weeks and its been a disgraceful experience. Really! Why is it so difficult to pay rent and how dare they charge tenants to pay the rent via Bpay. I have to admit that after all my years of renting, I have never struck a circus like Coronis or a Realestate that does not have a simplified electronic payment system in place.....

Useless managing agent
A property managed by coronis Springfield in qld, backs onto mine, the rear boundary fence divides our properties.
There is a fast growing weed that grows along the fence and creeps over, I have been clearing it for years, due to the shear amount of rubbish, it’s does not fit in my bin, hence a trip to the refuse centre each time costing me time and money.
I have finally had enough and contacted coronis Springfield approx 2-3 months ago.
I have never been able to speak to or been called back by the managing agent themselves.

llow up, receptionist says they’ll call, they never do. I continually have to call. Then they say, their waiting on quotes to remove it. Weeks pass, I follow up again, they say they’ve chosen a contractor, it’s getting done, once again weeks pass and still nothing. The weed is destroying the fence, it’s killing my plants, it’s covering the neighboring properties walls and it’s travelled along the fence into the opposing neighbour too, although I’m the only one that cares as I own my home, everyone else rents and don’t give a damn.Similar opinion? Unauthorised entry
My lease was initially with another agency, changed mid-lease to Coronis. Was given an email notification the day it changed, then got spammed with Coronis advertising. The Property Manager retired without the courtesy of any notification. Communication is so poor, I receive information sometimes on email, sometimes by post, sometimes both ways. I came home today to find that someone had been in my house without permission. There were no entry notices provided and no response from the property manager.

Hi Julianne, thanks for your question. If you would like to vacate your current rental property, you just need to provide your property manager with 14 days notice in writing. However, if you're able to provide more notice it is always greatly appreciated. If you have any other questions, please don't hesitate to ask.
Hi, if i were you i will give two weeks only, i try to do the right thing and gave notice weeks prior and ended up having the real state bringing potential tenants twice a week till we left.
