Good seller cheap prices
No problems with these guys. They have phone service so you can call and check they have stock before you order, the person was helpful and spoke perfect English. They even have bricks and mortar stores you can pick up the products from. I bought a vaccum cleaner from them, got a great price and nice friendly service when I picked it up half an hour later.....

Coffee Machine
I ordered a coffee machine from these guys in November, and when I called to check on Dec 24, they informed me that they can only deliver in Feb 2020. That was a slight bummer since I hoped to get it before Xmas. However. They gave me a full refund in Jan.

Good price with fast delivery
Was hesitate about buying from them as there are several negative feedback on the Product Review. However, their Black Friday deal was so tempting, then I did some research online and found out they did have a physical store in Melbourne so pull the trigger in the end. The delivery was quick and received the product safe and sound.

Good shopping experience. Nothing to complain.
Placed an order of air purifier end of Nov, and received it after about 1 week. Shipping speed is not fast of course, but considering it is the peak season, it is ok for me. Price is $30 cheaper than the local store I've checked. It's a satisfied shopping experience overall.

Ordered Product paid money and no product in stock
Today I ordered 2 fridges from Countdowndeals.com.au. I did not receive a confirmation or purchase email after buying the fridges online which in this day and age is highly unusual from an online retailer. I followed up with a phone call to make sure the fridges were in stock and that my order was indeed received. Advised by [name removed] that they are not in stock and that refund would be processed. I am now awaiting my refund and will advise further.
Updating review and have been advised that refund is being processed..communication has been good ...hope to receive refund by tomorrow and then would have say company has dealt with my problem well.

No issues at all, great product, great price, fast delivery.
Ordered the stereo system on a Saturday night, got an purchase receipt and delivery docket on Tuesday, product arrived following Monday (I live in West Oz) iItem was well packed and works beautifully. Price of the iterm was $100 cheaper then any where else on the net ($233, recommended retail $399).
Ordered items from E Bay the night before, 1 item arrived today (10 days later, still waiting for the other one).
Maybe they have resolved any previous issues they may have had, but going on my experience I would definitely use them again.

Don't deal with this company
This company took my money, pretended to send the product (sent me tracking info) and then did nothing. Didn’t actually send it, didn’t contact me didn’t refund. When I contacted them after two weeks they claimed they had contacted me and I’d agreed to wait for them to try and order it. the product, a kettle, is still advertised on their website. Given the other reviews here I do believe they’re running a scam, hoping that people give up and forget or can’t be bothered asking for refunds. Refund was promised but nothing so far. Expecting to have to go through consumer affairs. Stay away.

Terrible Customer Service
I made a purchase online early June. There was no email to state that I made a purchase. I received and email to say that it had arrived 3 weeks later as I was picking the product up. The Springvale store was meant to open at 9am and no one opened it until 10:15 am. Then I was told they didn't have my product at that location. No apology was given, I then had to chase up my product only to find out that they no longer stocked that item. 4 emails later from me chasing up my refund 3 weeks later I received it. I do not recommend this company and will never buy a product from them again. ABSOLUTELY DISGRACEFUL

Terrible customer service
Made a purchase online. Paid by credit card. After 4 wks heard nothing about my kettle. Sent an email, no reply. Rang to check and was told they would look into it. Still no reply.I rang again they said it looked like they only had a different colour kettle which I did not want as I had already bought the matching toaster! Said they would see if my colour kettle available and would ring back. One week later still hadn't heard from them so I rang again and they said no it was not available. I said why hadn't they been in contact with me. I asked for a refund, which obviously they had not done and said how disappointed I was with their lack of service! Never use them again.

I had some concerns when I didn't immediately receive a confirmation email, but communication was good from them once I emailed and registered my concern about that and some of the negative reviews I had read after ordering. I received my item 5 days after ordering and it is exactly what I ordered and was packed very well.

Purchased online a Breville Juicer 12/1/18. Did not receive any emailed receipt for credit card purchase. When requested receipt was told item was no longer available and would I like a different brand. I declined and requested a refund. Still waiting. Ruined item. Difficult to get refund.
The item arrived ruined. Sent it back but had to fight for a refund. After multiple calls and emails, the refund was processed a couple of weeks later. I was also promised a refund confirmation email and did not receive that either. Horrible service. Such a waste of time.

This caused significant stress and time wasted, yet there was no apology or responsibility taken. Good sellers apologise for the experience and refund straight away. I purchased two oil heaters online from these guys over 2 weeks ago... having since read the reviews I am concerned as I have not heard from them in any form. They have debited my account but am yet to receive a confirmation email or any type of receipt of purchase. All I have is an order number which I luckily screen grabbed before closing the page. I have tried calling them but only goes to voicemail. Will keep you posted on how the order progresses... let's see if they have learnt from their mistakes!

Buyers please beware of this website. I purchased a particular brand of rice cooker being advertised as available on their website. I was originally delivered a parcel however it was the incorrect model. I contacted the store to arrange for return and redelivery. I was advised the model I purchased was discontinued and thus not available (despite being advertised as so). this day and age of online shopping it's hard to believe such scams still exist. I have contacted the store on numerous occasions via email and phone and still not received a refund. Consumers - I would be very careful when buying online with this store and make sure you record everything. You still may end up out of pocket with no product and no communication like me. Scam artists
Purchased a $195 electric blanket on 28/5.
Queried where it was on 10/6. Was told it was on its was to me and should be here the next week.
Followed it up on 23/6 only to be told they don't stock this anymore and would i like to buy one for $205 - hell no!
How does it take me chasing you up twice, for you then to tell me one whole month later you don't stock it after it was apparently posted and on its way to me..
