What a disappointing experience
Ordered four new tyres including car cleaned inside and out. Asked them to also check spare for leak. Picked up car after receiving call advising ready. Upon arrival informed vehicle damaged by staff running into it with another car. Advised they are waiting for repair quote. Repairer needs car 5 days to repair but will provide courtesy car. Asked if spare was checked and a hesitant yes confirmation. Courtesy car agreement insurance excess is $1500 and absolutely no third party cover at all. Fealt exposed by accepting conditions. ve to agree to replace fuel in courtesy car. Unable to reduce excess and less than 20klm fuel left in courtesy car for me to get to work. Picked up repaired vehicle 5 days later. Advised service people will call Monday regarding work done. That was months ago and have heard nothing. Drivers side carpet and door trim covered in paint dust and car outside looks as left in weather for the week. Checked tyre pressure last week and spare was flat.Similar opinion? Stay away from this mob.
Hadn't bothered to write this before but i think it deserves to be said as a warning. I booked in for a service at Cricks Highway on the Phone in early 2018 around April or May. It's a 2017 Amarok 15000ks, The lady said no worries 9am. I rocked up and waited, when the 'customer service' guy tries to book me in he cant find the paperwork. I said i booked on the phone. He looks further, cant find anything. Gets flustered says they are flat out. Questions whether i actually booked in! Still not too bothered by this, i said "no worries i'll come ba...Read more
ck another day." He then got a bit shirty with me and said "NO, we are going to service your car today" in an indignant tone. With that i grabbed my keys off the table and said "NO, you're bloody not" and walked out. These people would not know customer service if it slapped them in the face. Stay away, find a good local mechanic.Similar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!

Kia Service
Left the car for whole day from 8am to 5:00pm. On car pickup was told wheel alignment wasn’t done have to bring back the car again.
Also realised they didn’t fixed the centre roof light, however I was told it has been fixed. I only realised two days later that it’s not working. Complaint through their website but all they have to offer is a sorry. I will never take my car back to them. I should have read the reviews before I book my car for service. Very disappointing.

Terrible Service and misuse of car.
Our car was not ready @ we only found out when we went to pick it up. Then next day contacted them 4 times to find out when car would be ready and only rung up at end of day when it was too late to pick it up. Also found out one of their staff had driven our car to go pick up personal stuff for himself -receipt found in car. Terrible experience.

No integrity
I purchased a car, was told the quote to transport to my home town ( which was hugely overpriced) and that it would be 10 days. then after paid I was told it was going to be another 3 weeks on top. I requested to use another transport company as I had quotes for several cheaper that could deliver within 6 to 8 days. I was told they had already paid the freight company and I could do nothing about it. Then I enquired into which freight company they are using so I could follow up and was given the run around and no one could tell me except the one person who was never in the office.

Worst service EVER
Bought a new Honda and when it was delivered to us it had a dent in the door. They refused to acknowledge it, even though it was delivered by them.Took months of arguing with them, even though lady who delivered car took photos of damage and rang them before she left our house. They blamed Honda saying it was a paint imperfection. Panel beaters agreed it was a dent, but Cricks would not budge. It was not till we took it to Caloundra City Honda, that Cricks believed us. Finally we got a small amount of compensation. Now take our car to Caloundra...Read more
City Auto to have serviced and could not be happier. Have heard similar reports about Cricks Maroochydore and they have a Class Action taken out against them. Avoid like the plague. Buying a new car is supposed to be a happy time. Cricks made it so stressful for us.Similar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!

Dodgy dealer
Purchased a new vehicle from Cricks Maroochydore and noticed a gearbox problem within the first few weeks, took it back to there mechanic who said there were problems with my model with no fix currently available. I went and saw the new car sales manager and requested a refund, he said he would make a report and contact me in a few days. He never got back to me, I took the car back to the Cricks and requested a swap/trade on another make/model. They offered me 10k less than what Id paid for the lemon only weeks before...never ever deal with this company, they have no ethics or follow up customer service.

Family car design fault won't be fixed under warranty
After owning my new Honda CR-V for only 12 months, I noticed that the plastic wheel guards had come away from the base of the back doors on both sides. I brought this up at my next service (car was 14 months old) thinking that they would be fixed under warranty. I was told that they would not be fixed under warranty because the damage was most likely caused by my 4 year old getting in & out of the car. Not only does she get in & out on only one side of the car (both sides are damaged), but I have watched her enter & exit the car over the past f...Read more
ew months & found that she doesn't get anywhere near the wheel guard (nor would anyone else for that matter). So not only does my family car not hold up under the regular use of a family, but Honda won't fix it under warranty which means I'm up for $300-$400 to fix a problem that I believe is a design fault. The staff member also told me "we can fix it for you at $300-$400 but it will probably just happen again. It's only a cosmetic thing anyway". I am very very disappointed as this car was sold to me as a car of superior quality and now it seems to be quite inferior in that regard. I will not buy another CR-V and will definitely get it serviced elsewhere.Similar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!

I'd try no one else!.... so i thought
Anthony was very accommodating to us. Nothing was too much trouble. It was a very pleasant buying process and would recommend to anyone in the Maroochydore area.
However 12 months on... no after sales service, no paper trail of my deal and lots of handballing to no one.
Rust painted over and basically trying to fob off a genuine concern. Never again

Bad experience. Terms and conditions not explained clearly at the time of contract only afterwards will they hold it against you and everything was explained very vague and very forced sale.
Honesty and integrity is non existent.
