Disappointed!!!
We decided to create our vegetarian pizza and it was a bad decision.. pizza looked empty.. just not enough ingredients and very dry...tomato base was tasteless and dry:only 3 leaves of spinach, 4 little cubes of eggplant, burnt and dried mushrooms .. it was just a bad joke for the price.

Website said 30 mins delivery, took 1 hour
Ordered pizza online, website said it was a 30 minute delivery wait time, gave our Type 1 diabetic son his injections 15 min prior to delivery time.. Called the store after 45 mins only to hear the pizza had just come out of the oven and will be delivered soon... Took twice as long for delivery as the time given online. In the meantime we had to go and get our son a happy meal at Mcdonalds so ge could vet his carbohydrate intake! If you cant give an accurate time for delivery, dont display a time at all.

I just drank 3 Litres of Water due to MSG
We ordered a Vietnamese Chilli chicken, Meat Deluxe and a Pulled Pork pizza and received a complimentary cheese and garlic crust. Despite it tasting yummy - there has to be Mono Sodium Glutamate (flavor enhancer) in it because I cannot quench my thirst. Not sure if it’s in the meat toppings or what, but it has to be in there. My husband who doesn’t usually have the same reaction has told me he feels the same. This is not the first time. So no coincidence. Sorry Crust, no more return business from me.

Very fresh and tasty!
It was my first time to have the pizza at Crust. I got vegetarian supreme pizza & Periperi chicken Pizza.
Oh, it was really fresh & tasty. The dough was nice & thin & soft. Lots of topping & veges & sauce.
Strong recommend you to have pizza at Crust Hawthorn! Very yummy!

olive pits in my crust supreme
February 2020, my pizza came with a olive pits.
I cracked my tooth biting it.
I complained, the manager responded : it is written on their website.
I paid nearly 200 $ to fix my tooth temporary.

Won’t be back
I have been buying from the Crust Campbelltown for many years they’ve always been my favourite! But the last 3 orders over 12+ months have been not their usual quality. Base is thinner, toppings are much less than prior and taste is bland! I’m done!!! Feel the quality no longer justifies the price!

How can you even call this a salad?
I really wanted garlic bread and a salad and crust had both. I know it’s risky ordering a salad from a pizza place but the picture looked good and it was vegan so I thought why not. Bad decision!!! As soon as it arrived I was like what the hell is that- no tabouli at all. They’d literally sent me a tablespoon of hummus with some tomatoes and falaffel. I paid $13 for it

Hit and miss
Crust is one of the few pizza places open during the day so this is a plus for them. Most pizza places are only open after five. The pizzas are expensive and really does not justify what you are getting. Most pizzas are dry and tasteless. The vegetarian supreme is decent as it has the aoli which gives it flavour but this pizza can be quite dry too. The pizzas are very thin. They used to be my favourite pizzas but quality has declined over the last few years.

Disappointed
Today we ordered our normal order at Crust Lanyon and was very disappointed. Firstly we asked for double pepperoni and really had to get a magnifying glass out to find yet we were charged for it. Secondly it was under cooked the crust was raw and soggy. We normally love crust pizza but today we were very disappointed

Not bad, but...
Family had these pizzas for the first time last night. Pizza was actually quite good, but can’t justify the high price. There are far better options available at this level.

Stay away
Nothing changes, as nothings changed - against our better judgement we elected to order delivery from Crust Narellan NSW again. Told us 60 mins, took 1hr 30 mins, sent the WRONG pizza's so kids went without. Stay away people you can do much better ANYWHERE else.

Disgusting
Never had a worse Italian meal! Don’t get their spaghetti tastes like it came out of a tin from coles. If I wasn’t so tired Last night I would’ve rang up and complained but was no point because I wasn’t from the area. Absolute waste of money complete filth.

The pizza tasted like it was reheated or microwaved.
Very disappointed, after all the good publicity on the new store at Dulwich Hill, I thought I would give them a go. The quality was terrible The pizza tasted like it was reheated or microwaved. The prices are incredibly high and my advice to anyone would be to look elsewhere or get a.frozen pizZa from the supermarket.

Ordered a Vegan Pizza - it came with bacon on it
We were excited to try the new Pulled Jackfruit & Slaw (Vegan) pizza, and were horrified to find a piece of bacon on it. A clear case of cross-contamination.
Phoned Church Street Brighton Crust to complain, they offered a credit or replacement pizza - no refund or apology. If you are vegan don't risk buying your pizza fix from here.

2.5 hours to deliver
We ordered a lunch order - it took 2.5 hours to deliver and half of the pizzas we cold and soggy. We phoned 3 times during the wait...and were not told an accurate time, nor was there any attempt to apologise or even care.

Do not go here! Turn around and save yourself the trouble. Shocking service, incompetent humans who should not be allowed to work in hospitality. The most incompetent brain dead humans to walk the earth. Please just turn around and go somewhere else for a pizza!

Panzarotti filled with ricotta! Not even close!
That SCHIFEZZA you so call PANZAROTTI filled with ricotta don't even come close to the way they are supposed to come be like! And I needed a magnifying glass to look for the ricotta, and chocolate sauce whatever it was, it was sickly and yuck some premix! Do you even have any idea Crust what a Pazzarotti is!

Disgusted
Bought a Peking Duck salad tonight from Mortdale Crust. It was suppose to come with Asian slaw and coriander which was completely missing. The bowl was more than half filled with mostly past their use by date greens - some of the baby spinach leaves were so old they were yellow. The duck was good but minimal - cucumber fine - tomato was a bit of a mystery. An absolute waste of money.

Crust pizza Charnwood
We have been getting pizza from here for a number of years, but the last few months have not been great. I could not eat the gnocchi I ordered l a couple of weeks ago, it was like concrete, and yesterday the seafood pizza barely had anything on it, nothing like the picture, very disappointed

I would like to know how many carbs are in the low carb dough. It's important to keep my blood glucose low, for medical reaasons, but after eating 1/2 of my pizza, my levels were 12 which is way too high. I need to keep my carbs under 20g a day, so I need the exact ingredients and quantities, to work it out myself, or for someone from crust to tell me.
