Hey Cudo, when a voucher expires before redemption where does the money paid go?

As far as I know the merchant/vendor keeps the money, it's the buyer's responsibility to ensure that they use the voucher by the expiry date and if they don't, they lose their money.

Hi There, on the 10th March, I made 2 purchases online paying with paypal. (Personalized Aromatherapy Essential oil Diffuser Necklace with locket and chain . 6 items all up. I have not received any confirmation of sale, nor received the products, the sale went through on my paypal account. How did this issue go as I too have been waiting for Cudo to fix an issue posted under "Unethical, misleading and deceptive, poor communication and very bad customer service!!". Their staff and Manager has promised in writing to fix this issue quickly and so far this has not been resolved and this issue is over 3 months old.
