hey Cudo,
I've been trying to get in touch with you via email for a refund for Alpine Retreat in mount buller. I have emailed multiple times and have yet to receive any response. Can somebody please attend to my query?
I have received a response from Luxury escape and have called but apparently the helpdesk in luxury escape said that this is a cudo deal and she could not help and all i can do is wait.
I'm getting anxious and appreciate any response

How did this issue go as I too have been waiting for Cudo to fix an issue posted under "Unethical, misleading and deceptive, poor communication and very bad customer service!!". Their staff and Manager has promised in writing to fix this issue quickly and so far this has not been resolved and this issue is over 3 months old.

Hi Frances, sometimes you will see two credit card with end numbers, just need to check if the current card is there, try ticking the second credit card, has happened to me, once ticked the current card no problem, good luck

I was notified that my Cudo parcel was delivered today.However it did not arrive. I had stated safe drop would be suitable. There were two people home all day! No one knocked on the door. the tracking notice stated the parcel had been delivered and left at the front door. I went to Australia Post and filled out a customer complaint form. I was wondering are your deliveries insured? I am hoping the parcel will be found .

I have credit to use and wanted to purchase something. when I checked out I went to PayPal and it comes up as asking me to pay the full amount. How do I apply credit?

HI Kim,

To Pay via credit, if you just select the "pay via Credit card" option this will take you to the payment page. On this page there will be a drop down box where you can apply credits. Select the credit amount you would like to use and this will be automatically deducted.

As Paypal will direct you to paypal to access your account, the credits can not be applied via this option.

Hi There,
We can definitely look into this for you as you should not have to pay if you have purchased a voucher. Some vendors will require you to follow specific instructions that are on the voucher (ie a specific number to ring) which if not followed may lead to double charges. Occasionally, there may be errors in which we would definitely want to investigate further. If possible are you able to send us more information to [email protected] and we will follow up for you.

I was not able to contact Cudo by phone but when I went to the contact us site I had a very quick response not only did I find the service prompt the person that attended to my issue was friendly & helpful. I would not hesitate to take the same action again if I had a problem.

I would contact the company directly. If it is CUDO their Customer Service team are great they will help in any way possible to make sure you are satisfied with the outcome of any dispute. I purchased a voucher 6KPYM6 for window cleaning. I checked the distance requirements before purchasing and my check on google maps stated I was within the boundary. I have contacted the company by email and left many phone messages to only be finally told today (a month later) that I am not within the boundary and they will charge an extra $40 or get a refund from you as they dont cover the area!!

I purchased the H2o steam mop on the 23.9.14, the end sale date was 29.9.14 and it has now been over a month and two days since I was meant to receive my already paid for purchase. Your sight specifies that the product will be sent to you automatically approximately 3 weeks from the end of sale date with no further action needed, and I have sent emails to the cudo 'help' team but have had no response. How do I know/find out if my product will even still be delivered as no tracker has been provided and if not how do I go about being fully refunded?

from my experience you just need to call and say you want the refund to your order giving the mall the details and I am sure if you tell Cudo what you said above you should get a prompt response

Thanks for your question, and I'm so sorry to hear that you haven't received your mop yet!

It seems very strange that you wouldn't have received a response to your email - our response times are far better than industry average and we absolutely respond to every email we receive. It's possible that somehow the email wasn't sent successfully, and therefore we didn't receive it.

I purchased An Electronic Cigarette Valued at $120 from Cudo and it was used twice. It then stopped working. I wanted them to possibly replace it or look into the issue but after waiting for response and them talking to their supplier they told me it must of been over used...I was gob smacked! I am unsure what they expect a normal life span should be for such a product but that should not be what it is. I am still trying to resolve this but they have washed their hands of me. Feeling very dissapointed. I could not find a contact number or address. Very hard to sort out. I had contacted them through their email but the issue was not resolved.
I would be interested to hear if anyone else experienced issues with Cudo or this product?

If I were you I would contact the ACCC and talk to them about Cudo.
Have you tried to call 0285145807? I don't know if this will work but what have you to loose?

Thanks for your messages. I had contacted Consumer affairs but had no luck and CUDO were not obliged to do anything. I ended up losing out on the product and the accessories that I also purchased on the side from the supplier. Both Cudo and the supplier were useless. I wont be using CUDO in future as they really didnt take into account the issues and the facts and were not interested in the buyer once the purchase was made.

Personally, I would never ever have anything what so ever to do with Cudo - do your searches on Cudo and see just how many people have complained. But in saying that I will reiterate the word Personally. In the end it is up to you. Good luck

Did anyone purchase the stainless steel outdoor heater. Virtually impossible to put it together yourself without having to hire someone who is experienced in flatpaks. The guy that I employed to do this at a cost of seventy five dollars is even having trouble with it. Already spent two hours on it and could not finish it has to study the diagram where the gas bottle sits and coming back to try and finish in the next day or so. Wish I had known it was going to come in pieces = I would never have purchased it.

Sorry can't help you with this one, just advise anybody not to purchase from this Company (Cudo).
Many dissatisfied Customers will be the Proof.
Always read Reviews first before buying from anybody on the Internet.

Thank you for your response still yet to be finished and will see if it works otherwise it will be going back and I will also seek a refund for the work putting it together. If cudo dont come to the party I will seek assistance from my bank. I could be jumping the gun here - hopefully it works as it is a nice looking heater and it was priced fairly well. I have purchased from Cudo before with no problems just having a gripe about the flat pak....

To be fair just had the flat pak guy out again today to finish putting this outdoor heater together. We had one left over part because you cannot have both to sit the gas bottle in/or the weight. Took him a while to figure that out. Instructions are not clear and it states that there is a spare glass cylinder in the box. I did not receive a spare. All in all took him a total of approximately four hours from start to finish. Looks awesome and we had it going today and it seems to be fine.
