marvell was very helpful and understanding, i wasnt happy that there was such a long process to get my money refunded so was a tad frustrated. but he handled it very professionally and with respect, which i appreciated. got it all sorted in the end :) thank you :)

Great customer service
Great customer service to help solve a problem I had with an existing deal. The vendor went out of business and so I was not able to use the voucher. I was offered a full refund or the opportunity to select another similar deal. Very professional and prompt service.

Excellent customer service!
I purchased a voucher several months ago. Unfortunately they closed down before I was able to redeem the voucher. Lorain was very professional and efficient in organising a refund. What a great Organization. Thank you Cudo.

I found it impossible to book a suitable time for the restaurant we had been given the voucher for. Annabel was very helpful in extending the expiry date for the voucher and was able to book a time of our choosing. Thank you Annabel

Cudo Customer Service Excels
My wife and I were experiencing difficult personal circumstances, which meant that we could not use our voucher or pass it to any friends, before the voucher expired.
Contacting Cudo’s Customer Service with an explanation, I found they understood and managed a refund back to my credit card account used at the time of purchase.
This is the first time that this has happened, and the situation we experienced was unusual and stressful.

I accidentally bought 2 vouchers for a winery experience. When I contacted Cudo they were very responsive, cancelled one of the vouchers and are refunding my money. I was impressed with their timely response.

very good service when I had a problem
I booked to have a facial however the salon is temporarily closed for 6 months which meant that my voucher expired. I contacted Cudo customer service and they promptly refunded me the money. They gave me 2 options for the refund and the email was well written and had a friendly tone. They apologised but it wasn't their fault. Very happy with the service received

Quick refund
I had a Cudo voucher for a restaurant and found the restaurant had closed. Thought I’d probably lost my money but had really good response from Cudo. I messaged them, they responded immediately, confirmed restaurant closed and offered me a refund 1 day later

Can't make a booking
Tried to book the restaurant that i have my vouchers for but restaurant refused booking and said i need to book through Cudo. This was not mentioned on the voucher!!!! Also said vouchers that i gave my children for Christmas stated that they have already been
redeemed!!!!! And expiry date is February .
Cannot contact anyone to sort out this issue.

Can't claim voucher
Received a voucher from Cudo for Christmas. Just tried to book the restaurant and it's saying it has already been redeemed. No one picking up the phone at Cudo. I never buy vouchers from these types of companies because it's always been trouble trying to claim them and again this experience has proven why. Will never use again!
