Where to find liquid pectin ?

Have had my ICE-100BCA for 10 weeks. Have been very happy with it until today, when the machine just will not mix. It seems to run the compressor, but the mixing just does not start. I turned it off and re-set it many times to no avail. Has anyone else had this problem?

Hi Noela, I have made literally over 150 batches with my machine without it missing a beat. Im not sure what your problem may be, I only have one suggestion that comes to mind, is it because the bowl and gear are not aligned properly ? Like with the bowl out is the little piece in the bottom still spinning when on? I know this may sound silly please don't be offended if it's obviously not the problem. Thanks
Thank you for this response. No, unfortunately it does not spin even with the bowl in or out. I think I will call Cuisinart Service Centre and see what they suggest.
