Points system is such a winner, rewards returning customers with money off future orders, very few places do that!
Amazing service too. I placed an order one night, then a few hours later realised I wanted to order more. Sent and email and asked if the orders could be combined so I didn't need 2 postage charges. Got a response very quickly and all sorted. Still got posted the next day and was given tracking info to follow on Australia Post.
I also love how the website has so many pictures and videos. Sometimes the actual product websites don't even have that!
Will definitely be ordering again very soon.

Outstanding customer service. I bought a large volume of Pikapu nappies on clearance from Darlings Downunder and a few other cloth nappy websites. I adore the simplicity of their website as products are easily to find and overall pleasant to navigate. Definitely will be shopping there again.

Darlings Down Under gave a great service. They emailed to say things where on route and to ensure products were received. Had great email communication when our product didn't do the job we hoped and gave us a full refund when after some trouble shooting failed to get the product working for us.

The Darlings Downunder flushable bamboo nappy liners are by far the best I have tried (and I have tried many!) They are incredibly soft, and the perfect fit in MCNs, without needing to cut to size like some other brands.

I have shopped at Darlings several times, each time I have been totally satisfied with the customer service that I was offered. On one occasion, a size of nappy I ordered in a layby was out of stock and that went above and beyond to rectify the situation for me, even contacting the manufacturer to try and resolve it. Whoever she spoke to is totally wrong- Darlings sends orders out straight away and we have always been very pleased with their service, perhaps she is mistaking it for another company!
Love the range- the only products they don't stock is for a reason or perhaps not accessible. People should really think before they put their ratings here- these are after all Australian owned SMALL businesses and we should support them. I know I do and have always been very happy with Darlings Downunder.

I have ordered nappies online from a few different other websites and Darlings Down Under stands out, mostly due to the speed in which their products are delivered to your doorstep, and the range of products available for purchase.
We ordered nappies from Darlings Downunder as they had good introductory packages for those who aren't sure of what nappy 'system' to use. We have since placed further orders with them. They have a good range of nappies and I have been particularly pleased with the speed of delivery (order on my doorstep in just a couple of days)
