I purchased an iphone on line. When I purchased I was not given any information that further identification would be required. I suddenly received an email that I needed to provide immediately a photocopy of front and back of my licence. I asked why and was advised for Online Fraud. I just wanted to talk to someone to see if I was giving my personal details including licence number, date of birth, to a website. I then contacted by email the Chief Operating Officer and it was again answered by [name removed] or [name removed] who has answered every email so the Chief Operating Officer email is also the deals.com support person and the Chief Operating Officer. I am extremely concerned I have unwillingly given my details to some unknown persons. May 2nd, 2017 Update: Goods did not arrive. No one contacted me Ordered an Iphone 5s. Did not arrive. Have not received a response. No number to call on. Deals INSISTED on me giving a live copy of my licence and threatened cancellation of my delivery if I did not provide a copy immediately. Loved Golden Hadley Necklace !
Thank you so much to your Staff who helped me with ordering a replacement product to replace the Nova Keeper Set which wasn't received. I was able to choose a replacement necklace myself which was received last Friday & looks absolutely lovely. I noticed that there is also a Bracelet to match too, so next time they are offering this jewellery, I will be purchasing the Bracelet as well. Excellent customer service
I have had very good experience with Deals.com.au, its dinning deals are really good deals, and the customer service is excellent. For example, recently I found I wouldn't have time to use a dinning voucher I purchased before prior to its expiry date due to an overseas holiday, I contacted the customer service regarding my circumstance, they replied promptly and kindly refunded the credit to my account. What a great service, I would not have enjoyed such a service with some other companies.

Don't deal with dealsdirect........Extremely poor service
We bought few things with deals and had issues every time. When we contact the company no one responds or responds when it to too late ie the voucher expires. My warning to everyone dealing with deals to be careful. We bought a lunch voucher but did not get confirmation email and by the time we had realised the voucher had expired. I bought some sunnies. It was too big for my face and they did not refund. We bought a bali deal for a pool villa. when we contacted the hotel, they did not honor the voucher. Please don't buy things with deals no matter how good it seems. I have been stung too many times....

The disputes resolution team worked hard to resolve my mispick issue
I am very happy with the outcome of my dispute. I have been a regular client for many years.
I was sent the incorrect size bathers and after four attempts at trying to exchange for a larger size Shanise organised me a credit.
Thank you for doing this as I was a bit worried about ordering things in the future.

Goods just take forever to arrive
I had placed an order with Deals for a round Beach towel quite a wile ago and payment went through on 20th November. I was advised on 13 December that my parcel was on its way with approx 2 business days. As yet I still have not received what is supposed to be a Christmas present. This company does not return emails and has no number to contact them. I refuse to use this company again. You have to wait months to get your goods. Very bad customer service.

Haven't received my item.

Items lost in the mail. Got refund through Pay Pal. Don't purchase through Deals
I purchased 3 products from Deals.Com.au, a 4 in 1 mirror and 2 pet vacuums and never received the items. Customer service officers finally responded to my emails AFTER writing this post. I will not be purchasing from DEALS again and encourage others to stay away and purchase from more reliable sources such as Ebay as there is no communication from the sellers or any status and updates on postage. 3 to 5 days time, 5 working days later, they respond to my email after I again emailed them telling them they still hadn't arrived stating that the items are actually lost in transit. Do no deal with this company under any circumstances
I purchased two vouchers from Deals.com.au for personalised wooden Christmas decorations on 21/10/16 and ordered the products on 26/10/16. The fine print said 'allow up to 4 weeks for delivery'. It is now a little over 6 weeks since I placed my order with the supplier, who will not respond to my emails asking for details of when the order was sent and Deals.com.au will also not reply to me after I asked for a refund on the two vouchers I bought. I purchased a meal deal in Feb 2020 with Voucher No. FHFQSK5R which was due to expire on 30 April 2020. I tried to book in late March early April but Essence Restaurant said they were not taking bookings due to COVID-19. They said to hold onto the voucher and I will be able to use it after the expiry date when things get back to normal. I rang the restaurant again today and they told me they were not open for meals. They advised me to get in touch with Deals.com and to request a refund which I am doing now. Could you please refund the money that I paid back into my credit card. please acknowledge this request.
