Good value for money. This DW has a door but no faceplate.
1. This DW works well and is well designed.
2. Third tier cutlery tray was initially weird to use but works perfectly.
3. Lots of people have raised the issue of the DW not drying dishes well, this is because you need to turn on the DRY function (second from the right button).
4. Missing door faceplate is a pain as we are finding it difficult to find a cabinet maker to make a panel for the door.
Purchased in June 2021 at The Good Guys Physical store for $535.00.

Perfect Dishwasher
We purchased this dishwasher for our new home a couple of months ago & I am very happy with it. Very affordable, sleek and easy to use.
It fits normal to plates (which I have had problems in the past with dishwashers not fitting certain size plates)!
Over all definitely recommend, we love it!

Buy something better. This is utter rubbish
Doesnt dry the dishes. The tablet drawer often doesnt open meaning the dishes arent cleaned. It is noisey and you cant fit very much in it due to the poorly designed internal layout.
We have had ours for two months and it has already malfunctioned. Stuck in delay mode and wont do anything else so it looks like I am going to have to shell out even more money to replace it, not to mention paying a plumber to change it over and a joiner for a new door.
Dont waste your money

Useless
We opted fro de Longhi because we thought they were a reputable brand but anything that goes into the dishwasher has to be washed first. We constant clean the jets, the filter and no setting works any better than the other. A 3 hour wash leaves food all over things! I can't recommend them!

Nope
1. It doesn't clean very well. Most times I took cups (glass especially) out of it with grime still in them.
2. The drying function is basically non-existent. It says it has one, but from the amount of moisture still left on the dishes afterwards, I don't know what it does except maybe warm the dishes up a bit at the end.
3. Sometimes the dishwashing tablet was found down the bottom after a wash.
I know this is a cheap dishwasher, but I'd at least hope for it to do what it says it will. Like clean dishes. And dry them a bit better.

Worst dishwasher ever
Doesn't clean properly and leaves a fine grit baked on to all the dishes, which means you have to manually wash everything again BY HAND, as putting it through another cycle never works. It also leaves all the dirt from the dishes in a neat pile on the door, and not in the filter. The washing dispenser door sometimes doesn't open, and the cycles are very long. The service repair man came out three times, but all to no avail. Finally getting a replacement after a long hard battle which I could have done without. I warn you all - DO NOT BUY

Hi we have a problem with this dishwasher. It is stuck in what seems like 'delay' mode in that we have H01, H02 etc displayed on the screen. No matter what buttons I press, start, option, program etc all that happens is the delay timer increases. I have tried holding down the power button for 3 seconds but all that happens is the timer keeps cycling. I have tried unplugging and replugging to reset it. Nothing works and we are very disappointed as the dishwasher is only about 2 months old. Any ideas?

Mark, as a first comment, if this dishwasher was functioning normally in the past and has only just started to "act up", it points to a failure of the microelectronics that control its operation. This can be caused by a current surge in the power supply which, in turn, can happen when there is a black-out caused by something like a tree shorting out the power lines, a car knocking over a power pole or a nearby lightning strike. It may have nothing to do with the quality of the dishwasher.
It is possible, by the way, to purchase a device that protects your appliance against current surges. We acquired one years ago for our washing machine when we lived in an area that had frequent lightning strikes due to the high level of mineralisation of the soil in the neighbourhood.
If this dishwasher is only two months old, the best thing to do is to contact DeLonghi and claim warranty. They will send a repairman out to look at the dishwasher. I suggest you go to http://www.delonghi.com/en-au/customer-support/service-locator to find the nearest support agent. At the very least, the repairman will rapidly determine what is wrong and if it is something simple be able to advise you as to what has happened and how to avoid it happening in the future.
Sounds like computer problem - As is still under warranty I wouldn't fiddle too much with it and call the service tech at DeLonghi.
