Done that, both filters the one at the inlet stop pipe and bottom of mahine

Error code:E1;. Water pressure is low. Door of dishwasher not properly closed. Kink in drain hose. Filter clogged.

Thank you. I have checked all these and no issues. Only thing I can think of now is the box on the water inlet hose is faulty

Because the heating element is rubbish. We had to connect to a hot water tap to get the dishwasher to an acceptable steaming temperature.

Furthermore, please wash dishes at Heavy or Intensive wash cycles, press the options button until top light for drying tops up.

there must be a blockage. We haven't had this problem

why do you need to do that?

have you checked for blockage in the sprayer arms? they pull off easily - cleaning is a bit trickier. we bought a used dishwasher and itsarms were clogged up with grapeseeds, pepitas and slivers of broken glass! worked like a dream after i cleaned the arms

Yes checked and cleaned them still nothing comes through

Should still be covered under warranty. Sounds like your heating element has gone, that's what happened to mine. You need to contact DeLonghi for a service contractor in your area, asap don't waste anytime because your warranty might run out, anyway I think the warranty might be only two years, check your documents!

Take it back to where you purchased it from! It will cause you nothing trouble.

Jill, the power turns on without closing the door anyway.

are you pressing the timer by mistake? this starts the dishwasher in delay mode and counts the hours before it starts at the selected time/hour.

Get it serviced, may be a problem with the circuit board!

Hi, is the water getting hot when it is running? If not I would say it's your heating element. Ours did that when the heating element went the first time. But also does that now but unsure why at this stage.

I'm sorry I am not sure we had it replaced under warranty so the specialist did the work.

since you are wanting to take the punt, you might as well open it all up and see where it goes, make a video doing this so you remember the sequence of putting back together.

The heat comes from inside machine eg heating element. Hate to say it i think your heater inside dishwasher is gone. Warranty should cover this.
