Not sure. My milk frother leaked badly. I removed the round spring coil from the magnetic mechanism and the leaking has stopped. It now just heats the milk without frothing which is fine for me as I only use the machine for hot chocolate and latte.
Have you taken off the magnetic spinner and checked it? Make sure there's no dried milk inside or that it is not misshapen causing it to stick in the stationery position.

My Citrix and milk is leaking coffee from underneath The machine. Every time I go to wipe under the machine there’s always black water on my kitchen bench

Hi I've checked it out followed the drip and noticed a crack in the used capsule holder so thank god it's not the actual machine. How much would it cost to replace that part

Possibly too much milk or maybe not enough. I only use almond milk but when I have used full cream milk for other people the consistency is always different. Hope this is of some help.

I'm using pasteurized milk and filling to the first max Mark, maybe trim milk might be better

There could be an air pocket. Remove water tank again the check connection. Press lever down and do a lungo shot without pop and repeat until water comes through. Might take 10-15 tries.

My machine simply does not perforate the coffee pods at the front to allow the water to pass through, why would that be?

Hi All I can say is make sure when you fill you can still see the top of the black attachment. I never use the guide on the inside of the machine. I find if you go above the black attachment it will overflow. It should only make enough milk for one coffee. Hope this helps

I have never descales any of my machines. I was actually told not to bother. Sorry I cant help answer your question.

I just had same problem with mine. It is a different model but it worked.
Where the water container is Remove that and there is a filter on the machine. I cleaned that with cotton buds till thoroughly cleaned and now it doesn't leak. Hope that solves your problem

Rubbish, i have been using it for five years and it has always been a constant red light, now it is flashing, which it has never done before

When the milk is frothing, it goes red as you know. I once had a flashing red light when I tried to re-heat the milk; the frother wouldn’t work, it just flashed red.

Netty, how long have you had it?
Also, did you check that there isn't a 'brown burnt' mark in frother underneath the spinner?

I have had for just over 2 years and no burn mark under frother.I just don't want to spend $100 on new frother and have it still happen.thanks for replying

you have to set the amount of coffee you want by holding the button - It's described in the manual

I'm sure if you called Nespresso they would have it available as a spare part.
I saw one on eBay once for $110AUD, it was brand new.
