Everything from consultations to begin the build, all the way through to completion of construction has been great.
Only disappointing aspect would be the communication post-construction for the 6 month walk through and dealing with minor issues.
However the experience has definitely been positive and the team at Dennis Family Homes are great people who are easy to get along with!

The build was delivered to the expected requirements even though we had some issues here & there.
The support from sales(Adam Keleher), office(Stacey Maxwell) and supervisor(Rob Bahn) was great even though some of the things we had to accept and move on. I feel no one will be satisfied in every point of view.
There are still few things to be sorted by external contractors or otherwise supervisor has helped us to move in at his best during this uncertain Covid-19 period.
Overall we are happy with complete DFH process ....

After what seemed like a slow start the build took off quickly. The quality of the workmanship was great.
We had a few issues, one being that the front door was stained wrong but that was corrected and we are very happy. The other was some yellow bollards at the gas metre that we were told had to be there. We followed this issue up ourselves with the gas supplier and had it resolved.

From our first meeting with the sales consultant right to completion the whole process went very smoothly.
The workmanship and finish was to a very high standard.
Our site supervisor was very obliging and the communication was free flowing any questions were answered promptly.
The final cost of the project was spot on to our contract so their was no surprises at handover.
Extremely happy with our home and would definitely build with DFH again.

Stefani was amazing helping us choose our first family home! She basically did all the homework for us and even cut down the land in the area that our home would fit on so we could pick the best one we liked! Stefani is a hard worker she cares about every detail and giving a better understanding in everything we needed and wanted in our first home. I would recommend her to anyone who needs help, he guidance was a 10/10 and always made sure we were happy with the service followed up things even when she wasn’t in charge of our property anymore, we are nearly at final stage and she is still checking in making sure it’s all running smoothly :)

The team was able to give us a very accurate price, and sound advice in terms of inclusions, offering a range of options. The sales team was not pushy but were very informative.
Colour selection team was awesome. Gave us ideas on what would work within the limits of what we wanted.
When it came to building it was a very swift process and no issues were identified. Site supervisor kept us in the loop and happy to answer any questions.
Handover occurred BEFORE the due date, and no imperfections.
Couldn’t be happier, highly recommend.

All round fantastic build no problems at all through each stage very happy. I would highly recommend building through Dennis Family homes if you are going build. The people you deal with are great and always ready to help you through every process and help with suggestions for first time builders.

From the first day our SC Mel was very helpful. She went above and beyond guiding us through the process. She had a lot of patience and time for us. We had a few issues before we could start but If it wasn't for Mel I'm not sure what would have been. She was very honest the whole way through and made the experience positive.
Once we went to site The build process was handled very well by our SS Paul. He addressed all issues professionally and in a timely manner and he has good attention to detail and also went above and beyond to fix things. The build took just under 6 months once ground was broken.

we build our first house with Dennis family home. Lisa our first contact person, she was very kind and helpful and always willing to answer our queries promptly, then we shift to another person for administration and colour choice they were also professional and helpful. we found only the building supervisor was always in a rush of transferring the things, I completely understand he had other assignments as well but consider we were the clients as well
The whole process went out smoothly, we like the quality of work and the products as well there were only few small concerns in the house but nothing big or major, I recommend to the people if they looking affordable without compromising the quality of house.

From start to finish we loved the process of our build especially being first time builders hearing all the "horror stories of building a home". The Dennis Family team were very accomodating to our needs from the intial quotation stage right through to the final fixing stage. Anything we requested they would look into and come back to us with an answer. Graham and the different trades were great and always helpful. The construction site always appeared neat when we visited the site and most importantly our finished home is amazing!!!

I have had a great experience building my new home with Dennis Family Homes. My Sales Consultant, Jackie was very easy to work with and I valued her experience and her helpful knowledge. My supervisor Chris was a Gem. He always checked with me if he thought there was an option to improve or make changes for a better outcome. Our building supervisor Nathan always kept us up to date and was very approachable. The build was quite quick and everything ran very smoothly. The management was good, the team arrange everything on time.
Generally, the quality of the building is fine, and that is the house what I want, but there are a lot cracks on the corners, under the window and on alfresco. Some doors cant close properly. The toilet cant flush very well, and the first date when I moved in, the toilet was not clean, we found "dirty things" in toilet absolutely someone didn't flush after toilet.
[name removed] always response us very quickly and gave us the best advise when we had issues.
The final cost is higher than the estimated cost, because we change something, it's still acceptable.

I thought building a house would be overwhelming but it wasn't, Jackie helped right from the beginning offering advice and suggestions. The building stage was great I didn't have an issues and the end quality was perfect. I'm so happy with the final outcome and quality of my new home. The finial cost of my home was on budget, there were no surprise costs. My 6 month inspection went well and only the standard things needed attending to.
