3 years, 3 failures, not impressed.
Purchased January 2016, installed in May when the house was complete then faulty from when it was first turned on, finally repaired and working early July. Then failed outside warranty from purchase date but less than 2 years from when it was repaired and initially working so $321 bill. 10/1/19, failed again with the same fault just at the start of a big cooking programme. Not happy with the build quality. The oven cooks nicely and lots of features but considering the cost should be more reliable, 3 years and 3 failures, not good enough. There are less expensive models that any purchaser should look at and compare.

Not certain what came with it, best idea is to go to a Miele cooking demonstration and find out everything. Look up the Miele showroom in your capital city and book into a demo lunch. Suggest the plumbed model is best.
