Hi, I ordered a smart watch as a xmas present for my son. The tracking information shows that it has not moved any where since I ordered it on the 13th. Order B3YKMYWF . Also the website does not have any contact details or the ability to lodge queries or even a customer service.
Seriously, if it is not gonna arrive on time as promised, send a refund instead.

I bought a Todo product from the Dick Smith website but obviously didn't check out the reviews before I paid! Its been almost 3 weeks and I am still waiting for the product, which they said would be delivered within 5-7 business days! Its a Christmas present for my son & I still don't know if its going to arrive before Christmas!

I ordered a gaming chair which payment was taken but I have no idea when or where my item is?
Or if it will even get here by Christmas???
I have no other way of purchasing another gift for my 11yr old son who's mother passed away 4 Xmas's ago. Plz don't make it another sad Xmas Dick Smith.
I was already stiffed by Ozsale, so i decided to go with a more trusted name Dick Smith's, maybe I was wrong? Can anyone be trusted these days??

Selling modified Telstra Phones

I ordered a Oppo R15 Pro from them and it was an absolute misrepresentation. The phone was advertised with specifications that also stipulates that it is a Dual Sim phone. I discovered afterwards that this was NOT the case. Although there was a dual sim card slot, it only operates on single sim. I called up Oppo Help Line and was told this particular phone was a modified Telstra phone that can only run on single sim. This is an absolute RIP OFF. I will be taking legal action against them

Ordered products from them, said it was shipped on 4th december. Help desks goes around in circles, absolutely no way of contacting them. I will report them to the Federal Trade Commission

Been waiting 5 weeks for a delivery

Ordered a Christmas present really early thinking it would arrive in time. Its been 5 weeks and the tracking code said it hasnt moved since the day after I ordered it. No number to call, early impossible to find someone to email. Do not recommend. I ordered from Dick Smith cause it was well known. Who knows if Ill ever get my order???

I ordered some Bose headphones.. no notification of shipping so cancelled order PUZRPAV4.. they said 3-5 days for refund.. no refund has come. Going to complain to ACCC. No wonder such bad reviews

Ordered a phone to arrive in 1-3 business days as stated on website. Did not arrive in this time. Awful customer service stating they would tell me when it was shipped and made no effort to expedite delivery given I was leaving overseas. No phone number to call. No help offered.

A disappointing gift experience

Ordered a child's art set which arrived with crayons spilled and damaged and some pieces missing.
I had taken out the freight insurance so I spent some time trying to find a way to contact Dick Smith. I was unsuccessful- it appears contact can only be made pre delivery.
Luckily it is not an expensive item, however it has been a disappointing Christmas experience.

Bought an iPhone on 26 Mayember for my daughter. Sale said ships 3 December. It's now the 10th and the status says "Payment Processed." There is a Contact Dick Smith button but it just goes to a FAQ page that goes in circles with no way to contact anyone about the status of my order. I'm getting flooded with emails about more stuff I should buy from them but even those emails have no way to contact anyone or reply to the email. I think I got stiffed out of $400. AVOID.

Not satisfied at all. I still havent receive my order and extra frustration with courier services. Website looked very convincing easy to navigate. But once payment been made I realised this is just a glorified EBAY seller.

I did not know that Dicksmith is selling items which are from overseas, I wanted to have a phone right away so I picked Dicksmith thinking its a local seller so I will get my item right away but its been over a week and I still have no update, I got a email in day or so Item is been shipped but they just lodge it.
FAKE WEBSITE Stay away I will never go back to them.

Practically impossible to return anything. Due to no phone number email and customer service. Tried for 2 days and had no luck with even getting in contact with them. Strongly advise not buying here!

Bought samsung active smartwatch - yes it said it was international but if you click their definition it only talks about power supply. It wont work with samsung pay an their website said nothing about this but later they put up a small footnote. When I complained they fobbed me off. These guys sell rubbish products and pretend they are the real thing. DONT SOP HERE unless you dont care if works.

Bought a Samsung Galaxy S8. Arrived broken and secondhand. Tried to contact to get issue resolved, no phone, do not respond via email. Very poor. No where was the phone listed as being used or damaged.

Stay Away - Terrible worst experience ever

Ordered refurbished iPhone delivered locked, supposed to be unlocked. How this happens? No quality control and service pathetic - appalling. Two months later still waiting. The customer service team are disinterested and don't care. Then I submitted complaint to their dispute team and nothing whatsoever from them. Then customer team give the address to return but RAN & expect me to pay freight. When I complain that their policy says they pay freight they go quiet for days. Incredible experience that a business can be this rubbish. They were also rude to my partner and refused to allow me to converse with them as her legal carer even when I clearly tell them she's mentally disabled. Disgraceful.

Why your customer service department do not reply to emails re a problem with a product, first email now no replies maybe due to me stating I will return product. I feel like this is not good service, I know so, If a problem no interest from them or mention of money back seems to be no interest from them

Are you able to provide a method of contacting you that works? The website takes you around in circles and doesn't have a legitimate way of contacting customer service for returns. Should we be contacting Kogan your parent company for returns? please provide guidance and or the correct email/phone number to contact you.
