Didi Rideshare is a bully towards driver partners

When Didi gets a customer query or complaint they write the following to the driver:
"we have concluded that you did not follow the suggested route during the trip. As a result of breaching DiDi’s Driver Agreement and Terms and Anti-Fraud Policy, we have deducted the amount $1xxx from your account and will begin to closely monitor your account." They do not take into account (1) human error (2) a gesture of goodwill to try and save the rider toll fees (3) that you may have a point of view. This company is a big bully and treats driver partners like a disgraced employee.

Great company to drive for!

As a driver, I get paid almost double what uber pays their drivers. Great app, shows the trip before it starts, only small issue is the name of the rider disappears once you accept the job. Didi fix that so the driver knows the passengers name :)
Didi also pay on time, we're easy to set up and everything has been going great so far. A word to uber users, uber doesn't pay their drivers much, so please use Didi :)

Worst support fro Didi

I was stuck in a traffic jam with customer over the weekend in CBD and they kept on sending me follow up jobs and eventually a message that if I reject a job, my account will be suspended.

Secondly there is no easy way to contact customer service. Thirdly their app is the worst of the ones in market. There attitude is so bad as if I am a Chinese slave who they can threaten and get the job done.

Fourth they don't listen by blame the drivers for being dishonest and fraudulent. Oh man I quit. I will work for others specially OLA that's the best
