Excellent Customer Service
Excellent Customer Service from the lovely lady on duty on Wdnesday 4 September the Emerald Shop in Qld. I went into the shop to purchase red door perfume however the shop dis not have stock. The lady was very helpful by checking the system to find out stock level. Extremely satisfied with her customer service

Direct Chemist Outlet is a terrible chemist, who would not return an item or give credit after their error.
I brought in an unopened and exact example of the item I was after and they sold what I thought were the correct ones to me in a box of 100. When I when to use one I noticed that the packet was a little different and looked at the contents which were in fact completely different to the one I showed them. I didn't notice, but assumed that they were the experts. When I returned to the store with the item they would not even consider anything as I had misplaced the receipt. deal on a $20 item. This was embarrassing, as I didn't really care about the money, I just assumed as they were the ones who made the error, that they would be happy to correct it. Since the product was no use to me at all, I left it there and told them to keep it if it was so important to them. I then went down the road and spent $100 at the another chemist. Best Pharmacy Ever!
Rany, the pharmacist at Direct Chemist Outlet Glenroy provides excellent customer service. He is always friendly and greets me by name, no request is too hard, and he even suggests things like meeting the safety net threshold that I didn't even know about. Julie, a staff member there is extremely helpful, also greets me by name and has helped me greatly with some purchases I needed, but wasn't sure what to get. The prices are also excellent. I definitely recommend shopping there!
