3 weeks since placing the order and still not sent, 3 emails sent, but no reply and no listed phone numbers to call. deeply regret dealing with this company! I don't understand looking at the number of 1 star ratings here how they haven't been closed down!

I ordered a lens and uv filter on Friday night (24th june). When I hadn't received any order confirmation by Saturday evening I sent a message on their website. Then I checked the reviews on google and completely panicked and spiralled. I sent numerous emails and messages requesting my order be cancelled and refunded.
On Monday morning (27th june) they emailed to say they had the stock and were about to post, and asked if still wanted to cancel.
Anxiously I requested to go ahead with the transaction. I received tracking confirmation within hours.
My goods arrived on Friday (July 1st).
The items I received are brand new and genuine.

Like many others I paid for a camera ( $1008.90 ) and apart from the initial response saying the camera was expected to arrive in the next week, NOTHING. I requested a refund on June 8 but no reply. I have made a complaint to Fair Trading NSW and contacted VISA but with little hope. Are they scammers?

Waited weeks for my purchase to arrive!
Don't answer emails!
Take your money and you don't hear from them again!
Don't buy from them, you won't get it.

Unfortunately same story as those below. Ordered binos and got the standard order and when questioned the future date of arrival. That has well passed and now cannot get in contact with the scammers. They don't even list the brand I ordered anymore. Put in a dispute with CBA. Somehow I found a 1300 number but of course it is not connected.
Please stay away from these theives.

No product delivered. No communications. Ordered products over 2 months ago and nothing. Ordered for two birthday presents and ones already passed!

August 24 update: Still no correspondence after repeat attempts to contact. Have made an official complaint through QLD OFT and sent receipt, all correspondence and dates.

Like many others, we got scammed this site looked legit and had the product we needed. Product ordered a month ago but nothing delivered despite money paid.

Tried to contact via email and chat but no response. Looks like an 8 yo will not have a gift for their birthday. Despicable conduct!

Unfortunately, I wasn't aware of this review site until after the order was made. Like those reviews before me, money was taken, an email to say I would be contacted in a couple of days with an update, and then absolutely nothing. No product, no communication, no response despite many attempts made through various channels. It is now approaching almost 2 months since the order was made. I have had no choice but to escalate the issue and report to various authorities as I try to get my money back.
I encourage all others affected to do the same

as previously stated site was to good to be true, all they are is theives and scammers DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM !!!!!!!no communication if you have been bitten do as I have done call police and fair trading need to shut these down

Finding the product (binoculars) was easy. The price seemed very good...maybe even too good...I purchased and paid with my card (plus delivery). A confirmation of purchase was immediately received and confirmed the product and the fact that my payment had been successful. I understand that once consideration has been paid and the price accepted, that constitutes a contract.

Within the next day or so, I received an auto email advising that due to COVID, there are delays in despatching (although other sites manage to send things on time), and

I ordered a Garmin Vivofit Jr 3 watch for my daughters birthday. Money was taken from my account and I am still awaiting any type of communication about the order being sent, nor have I received the actual watch. I have tried contacting them many times via email, the ‘contact us’ section on their website and phone and have had absolutely no response. If there was an issue with stock, shipping etc I simply wish they would have contacted me so I could have made an informed decision and organized the watch from elsewhere for my little one. I regret not reading these reviews before making the purchase but can see I’m not alone. Exceptionally upsetting!!

Scam! Same story as the rest who have posted here. Looks like a legit store. Product advertised as in stock. Took my money and emailed me saying the order will be dispatched soon. Waited a few weeks then emailed them to check on its progress. Received an email from Laura who said she was chasing it up. Several emails to them since have not been responded to and phone calls have not been answered.

No value at all to review this shop. same situation with other reviewers. this is simply fraud and scam. Do not try to buy from this shop!!!!

Firstly, Absolute silence after I ordered.

I have sent over 10 emails in the last week and a bit requesting my order to be cancelled, of course I cannot get in touch because phone numbers do not exist to this useless company for knows what reason, get with the times.

Secondly, they sent a PARTIAL order, not even all of it.. I DIDNT WANT IT ANYMORE. To say O am annoyed is the biggest understatement. A slap in the face of reality is needed for this company, i cannot understand how they are operating.

Lara, read this and refund the remaining items that haven't been sent - and tell you boss to pull their head in and run their business properly.

Purchased hundreds of dollars worth of equipment online. Money was taken from my account.
Here I am a month later with no product and no update. I have attempted to contact them about 5 or 6 times. Leaving them messages, emails, etc. No response and no action. Deliberately there are no phone numbers listed on their website and upon Googling them it says they are permanently closed.

An absolute scam. They've made an attractive website to give you the front and illusion they are a legitimate and established business, but seemingly they don't even exist.

I ordered a Garmin watch for my sons birthday, money was taken from my account but I did not receive any notification of order sent nor have I received the actual watch. I have tried contacting via email, Facebook and phone and have had no response. After reading these other reviews I see I’m not alone. Very upsetting!!

I ordered a scope for around $460, money was taken straight away.
No order comfirmation. I contacted the store a number of times with no reply through email or chat bot over a couple of weeks.
Finally recieved 1 and only 1 email from the mystical "Lara" saying it would ship the following Monday and she would send the tracking info. Needless to say when I did not recieve tracking info I emailed again during the week. No reply's. I emailed multiple times with absolute silence on the part of DC Cameras.

Ordered a $1700 drone 15/4/22, got an confirmation email then nothing. No replies to any of my emails or their online chat, 1300 number is disconnected. Wish I read the read the reviews first.

Bought a Fujifilm X-T200 (Order number #21768) from their online store on 2/4/2022.
Did not hear from them so I followed up on 20/4/2022 and got a reply from Sales team Lara on 21/4/2022, was told the model is now discontinued and it could not be fulfilled, offered me another model which I am not interested in and declined.
After I replied immediately to ask for a refund on 21/4/2022, I have not heard back since.

This is a scam site run by some low life thief. You will do your money cold & will never receive you product.

Order number #21832 money taken order confirmed then nothing. Unreachable by all means I could possibly undertake and I am at a loss for any actions that can be taken without legal action. Website is a scam or at least so poorly run that it’s a scam. Will be trying to get a refund and take this issue further

Placed an order 4 weeks ago, i received a message that the item would be dispatched in 1-2 business days after the order was placed and haven't had any updates since, despite using their chat service and emailing to their customer (don't) care and sales email address. I believe that I have been ripped off and the one star review I have given is probably over generous.

Purchased a camera online from this shop 11 days ago, and other than initially receiving an order #, 21797, I’ve received no responses to numerous requests for an update to my order status.

Their published 1300 number is disconnected, and no responses via email, or chatbot. I figured having bought from this company a few years ago without issue that my recent order would be dispatched a little slower than usual due to to covid. But by the non-responses I am beginning to fear I’ve been fleeced.

Dc - if you’re even watching - I will take this further if I don’t hear from you soon. Not only fair trading and police, but I’ll make sure my experience is shared with everyone I know, online and offline.

Yep, I’m another sucker who should have read the reviews... I can’t believe DC Cameras is still in business, total scam! I bought a bulk roll of film 6-weeks ago; they happily took my money but seem to have no intention of ever sending it! I’ve sent them several emails and only got a reply when I spoke of writing a negative review and getting the law involved. And that correspondence from them was promising to “express post the item tomorrow and forward me a tracking number”. Don’t believe ‘em folks! That was over two weeks ago. Nothing! Lies.

I wish I read the reviews before purchasing and thank god I only spent $50 on a camera bag. This was a month ago and nothing has materialised despite attempts to make contact. Will still pursue through the consumer channels for a refund on order #21780

Scam site, takes your money then no correspondence. They don't even have a phone number to call.
My credit card company will be reversing the transaction.
