We were really happy and impressed with the team at Domaine Homes in Box Hill. We will be a few months off building whilst we wait for our land to register but our consultant Michael was extremely helpful and honest during our tender process and the whole process has been super easy and fun so far!

We went to Hamlyn Terrace to see Jason Hatz. Jason has been helpful, prompt and informative from the moment we stepped foot into the office. We havent started building yet but the process so far has been very smooth. With Domaine homes we are paying more to get exactly what we want which includes a granny flat. Jason has been a big playing part in our decision to build with Domaine Homes.

We have had a great experience with Domaine Homes so far. For our first home buying process, our experience with the sales consultant Michael at the Box Hill High Gove office has been amazing. He is very knowledgeable, professional and easy to contact to over SMS or email. He has been quite thorough in explaining the details of the land and home building process. Very professional and manages expectations well. Their processes are very structured and organized.
The staff at their Norwest office is also very helpful. They have good designs, colors and display homes. Highly recommend Domaine Homes.

The process of building was very easy from the start. Samantha Cumberlege, Customer Service Team Leader is incredible. She is really friendly, helpful and easy to reach to solve any problem and answer the question and providing information I required.
Our site manager Gareth Rees, i think is the icing on the cake. He's really friendly and keep me up to date weekly about process contraction, which during building my previous home with another famous builder never happened.
Gareth Rees very easy to deal with and kept all communication lines open at all times.
Our building process went smoothly and we are so happy so far and even faster than they promised.

Domaine Homes Pre Sales process so far made it very easy,we are step away from signing building contract.Pawan at Parklea was of great help in being clear and detailed explaining during Tender presentation .Website is excellent,easy to choose design and inclusions. Hopefully the process will be smooth sailing during construction and delivery.

Our journey started in November last year from scouring home builders until it led us to Domaine Homes in Box Hill, our sales person Michael Depalo has been excellent from day one from listening to our wants and our needs as well as making us feel comfortable and confident in one of the biggest steps of our lives, the customer service from head office has also been exceptional thus far and we wouldn't have chosen anyone else.

We were greeted at the sales office of Domaine Homes in Box Hill by this warm gentleman by the name of Michael DEPALO. This fellow should be awarded the best sales person on the planet. He was sincere, understanding and patient with us through the entire sales process. Our situation at first was very delicate and difficult but Michael encouraged us and kept us feeling positive throughout and the end result was amazing. He helped us chose a fantastic build and somehow kept it stress free and enjoyable. He is a credit to Domaine Homes and should be recognized as such. Thank you Michael and Domaine Homes.

We first visited the Domaine Homes office at Oran Park, and were helped by Ethan. He was very professional, honest and helpful throughout the initial stages.

When we started building, we were handed over to Steven Vassallo, our site manager who was nothing short of amazing. He provided us with weekly updates, and was always so giving of his time over the phone.
His professionalism and attention to detail is second to none.
This is now our third house we have built, and by far the smoothest building process we have experienced.
He got us into our house in record time, and we can't thank him enough for making this such a pleasant experience!
