Best Customer service by far!

Great Service From ZAVEED !!!!
We were looking for lounges, wasn't sure what we looking for. Zaveed from Penrith store was very helpful and friendly. We ended up buying lounge and dining setting. Great customer services from Zaveed . Definitely coming back to him to buy more !!!!

Salesman quickly lost interest after we had purchased.
Produce delivered was not as demonstrated and unusable. Salesman did everything he could think of to prevent a refund. Then wanted to charge us nearly a $1000 for the privilege.

Better then online buying
Spoke to a sales rep Jason and he was a really nice and helpful bloke, he knew his stuff and their prices and quality and much better then those budget online dealers where you get no customer service, thank you Jason really appreciate your help and hope you get a good Xmas bonus !!

Worst store in NSW; if only 0 stars was an option
No transparency shown by staff. Will try to rip you off & when the proprietor intervenes his response is "too bad, this is all you're getting". Stay away from this store!

Good quality furniture.

Fantastic service from Luke
Just a big thank you to Luke in the Alexandria branch (NSW)- he was so helpful, gave me fantastic interior decorating advice and went out of his way to find everything I needed. He also helped me take my heavy goods to the car. His service and knowledge was outstanding and made my shopping experience very easy.

Quoted two different prices
I used their chat feature to enquire about the price of one of their beds. I also emailed them. I got an immediate response from the chat and quoted an expensive but relatively reasonable price. I then received a response email to my original email 1- 2 days later quoting a price of roughly $400 more. I believe they googled my name, saw I was a white collar professional and increased their price as such. We cane into your store in Saturday and had the pleasure of dealing with Sam and Andy.
They are very helpful and seemed to be more interested in making sure we get the correct advice rather than making a quick sale.

Awful after sale service
Be careful when buying from Domayne !!!! If something goes wrong you are on your own ...They will ignore you and do everything to blame you for a problem .As per picture i was sold base and mattress that dont work together.Its a hazard and you can break your neck if you use this products together . What a joke this place is.Absolutely no respect for customers and no assistance if you have any issues regarding your bed.

Never again - Rude after-sales service
I bought a product on sale. It was only $20. I went to return it unused and the staff were patronising and downright rude as if I had some nerve returning a sale item. I am pretty sure that their refusal to give me a refund, or even a store voucher, is in breach of consumer protection law (which I will follow up). As for Domayne Fyshwick, forget it. Never again will I set foot in a Domayne store.

WORST company I have ever dealt with
Domayne sold me an outdoor table set. There were numerous manufacturing defects that I noted immediately upon receipt of the set. The table and benches had several defects. The benches often making a loud cracking sound when more than one person sits on it. They kept telling me that the "irregularities" in the table and benches were normal.
We recently moved and took off the tabletop to find 22 redback spiders living inside the hollow base (as well as many other species with which we were unfamiliar). They can easily crawl out of the base ...Read more
to the underneath of the table from the hollow base (at the top or at the bottom as both have gaps) while we are sitting there enjoying a meal and we have five little girls ages 3, 4, 7, 12 and 14. The base is literally a haven for poisonous spiders. After several email conversations with the franchise owner, she is unwilling to assist. We kindly requested a pickup and refund of the set due to safety hazard and the unreasonable danger to our children and they have repeatedly refused. They say the table couldn't possibly be a haven for spiders, but they missed the fact that the gap between the hollow base and the top is big enough to fit an entire pencil. They won't respond to any of my correspondence regarding the issue. We spent $3100 on this table set and now we basically have to throw it away. Keep away! When I bought the product I was informed that I'd get the item in the following week, but 2 months later and I still haven't got it. Called them a few times and got different information each time.

Wonderful encounter with a salesman
I would advise shopping at Domayne and not bothering with the others. I was out doing some groundwork for a new lounge because my husband isn't well and of course he will need to sit on the lounge before we make a commitment. Unfortunately all the other shops in the homemaker centre were pushy and somewhat incompetent. Either not intersted because I didnt have my husband with me or not listening to me. Fantastic Service!

No after sales service
I recently installed a Bosch pyrolytic oven from Domayne. The first heavy pyrolytic cycle I ran did a less than satisfactory clean. I visited the store to request a service call. The person I was dealing with was unhelpful and only logged my service call after I insisted that he do so. Over a week passed with no follow up. I contacted Bosch direct and found that they had no record of the service request. Poor Form
I have been a customer of Domayne at Kotara NSW for over 40 years and have had nothing but praise for the service we have received from mainly the electrical and bedding departments. Unfortunately that all turned sour just recently when my family purchased stuff from the furniture department. Without going into too much detail the staff in that department were bordering on arrogant and were very condescending when assistance was asked for. The thing that has turned from shopping at Domayne again is that after sending an inquiring email to their complaints department they never had the decency to reply. Bad form Domayne and another lost customer who is spreading the word about the lack of care.

Awful after sale service
Appalled with the after sale service we received. Our couches had no cushions when delivered, David said our couches had been sprayed with the scotch guard we had already paid for but his customer service said otherwise, the legs on the 2 couches were both different colours, when asked to be ordered new ones they told us they were ordered 10 weeks later I called to follow up they failed to return my call 3 times then after that time the legs still weren't ordered. Finally after 4 months I settled and took the colour they had in stock we didn't want to wait any longer or deal with them any more. Still they never apologized for the mistakes. it is a shame because we like our couches just felt once they got our sale they did not care at all.

Delivery was terrible
The delivery guys were 4 hours late delivering my appliance I bought in store, did not apologise for being late and complained and swore the whole time they were installing my appliance.

We have had the best possible experience purchasing furniture for our new home through Domayne. From the first rate sales personnel (Jessie) the store manager (Jason) to the customer care officer (Betty) . Jessie has great product knowledge and if she doesn't know the answer to a question she won't rest until she does. We received valet delivery service which included installation and erection.
