Outstanding Service
We have recently purchased our new Bedroom suite from Domayne in Auburn. The minute we walked into the Bedding Department we were welcomed and great service was provided. They have listened to everything we were looking in our new purchased and made our purchase very easy. We are very glad we went to Domayne Bedding Auburn. Everything was so professional from the day one until delivery received. Professional well experienced sales staff, excellent delivery service. Before we finalise our purchase we went to different retailers with poor service experience. I would rate Domayne Auburn bedding team 10/10.
Definitely my recommendation to all buyers, visit Domayne Auburn Bedding once before making your decision.

Terrible Service and Did not follow up
Purchase soft lounge from Domayne auburn. The information provided on the lounge size (3.5 sitter with chaise) was not correct. Delivery person force the lounge into room and damage walls and door frame. Speak with store customer service manager Isabel and asking for solution to replace to a 3 sitter with chaise instead. Isabel suggested a different delivery man for goods or else will replace to a 3 sitter with chaise. Waited one month and 2nd delivery failed. Contacted Isabel for 3 sitter with chaise replacement and informed will give an answer within 2 days. Waited and follow up 2 days later and the manager is avoiding return the call. Terrible customer service.

Worst after service
All good if the product work well but if anything happens you are left to do all the chasing and work to get it fix. I experience this first hand when I purchase my 5k lounge and the electric recliner did not work.
After numerous call and email exchange that barely go any where because Domayne put the problem on to the manufactures and as if it is no longer their issues. Took me 2-3 months to get a tech down and have it fixed.
Also the buying experience is terrible, there is no black or white with the price tag and if you don't know how to haggle, you are in the worst position. So if you see a price tag for X amount take away 25%. Terrible business model...

Exceptional customer service!
After an extremely stressful 2 weeks we went into domayne bundall looking for an oven that we needed urgently and came across one of the best sales people i have had the pleasure of meeting, Laura from domayne bundall!
Thank you for doing everything you could to make such a trying time that little bit easier.
Domayne bundall you are very lucky to have such an exceptional young lady as a staff member, efficient, caring and very easy to talk to, dont let her go!

Awesome service from Warrawong
So happy with the service from Domayne Warrawong. Chris and Alex are amazing. Fridge blew up on the weekend. I ordered a new fridge and it was delivered within 2 days of being ordered. Unpacked and set up with old fridge taken away. No mess left. Awesome service. Couldn't ask for better. Will definitely be ordering off them again!

I would like to express my appreciation for a great service we had yesterday at 'Domayne', specifically to Laura Dodge. We bought a fridge, washing machine, two dryers and some extra things in your shop, because of Laura's service. Her service went beyond and above our expectations.. Later we returned back for the extra thing to buy (another Dryer machine for our relative). We definitely will come back again. All your people are excellent, helpful and friendly, but Laura is exceptional, we felt that we were in sincere hands. Home of the most ridiculously bad sofa (and customer service to follow) in the world!
So, you think you order an expensive sofa from Domayne (Alexandria store), and wait over 6 weeks for it to be delivered - it's got to be good right? Well, think again! Our sofa - custom-made in Australia, no less - has the weirdest problem ever: the base cushions aren't properly sized or fitted, so they keep sliding! So basically, when sitting on the sofa, after a while, you have to get up and physically push the cushions back, so you don't feel like you are slipping off. It's ridiculous, right? I mean, it's not the sort of thing you think of when choosing a sofa, will I have to worry about sliding off it?! However, when we raised this with customer service, the response we got ranged from downright rude and callous (for eg: "the problem may be with how you're using the lounge". So, ahem, should we undergo some 'how to use a lounge' training sessions now??) to offhand (the manufacturer basically offered us some anti-slip mats which were useless, then said there is nothing they can do). So now, we are stuck with a sofa we are unhappy and uncomfortable with, and out of pocket for thousands of dollars - and with no reprieve in sight, because of course, they've got their money, now why should Domayne or Rico Furniture (who are the manufacturers care)?!Similar opinion? Dont buy from Domayne
Awful services. The seller promised to deliver the bed by the end of January, and on 1st of Feb, when I moved in to the new place, I did not get my bed. So I called, and they told me they did not make the promise and I shall sleep on the sofa and wait till 8th of Feb. I understood that and I waited. On the 8th of Feb I called again and they said oh it will need a couple of days to deliver. I asked are you asking to sleep on the sofa for the next couple of days? Guess what they said? "NOT OUR FAULT". Yeah my fault totally to trust a company like this. They do not even understand when they sell goods from the producer to customers, they are taking up the responsibility. What else shall I expect? Never going to buy from them again.

I purchased an outdoor setting prior to Xmas when it came to assembly we found the main parts of the coffee table leg brackets where not usable as they were bent .I rang customer service and spoke to several people who didn't show any interest or after sales service

Very happy customer
Very spacious store at North Gosford staff happy to assist when necessary - spent a few minutes looking at at 7 piece dining set and bought - very modern and looks great. Chairs comfortable. Took some time to assemble 7 chairs but had some help from friend which proved a bonus.

Chris Lozenkovski who is the franchisor for the electrical section at Domayne Warrawong store in NSW is someone I have done business in the last 20 to 30 years. I will continue to buy my electrical appliances from Chris as he is someone I can trust with my money and I know he will give me the best deal and beat all competitors. With this recognition and the power of word of mouth he has an army of followers, buyers and satisfied customers. His team onsite the delivery and installers follow the same passion and professionalism instilled by Chris. Chris and his team are a definite asset to Domayne and Harvey Norman!!!!

We LOVE our new sofa!
This is the 2nd sofa we have purchased from Domayne...the first one was in storage at our workplace (warehouse) for a year while we waited for renovations to happen. It was great quality and so comfy, but we never got to use it. I only sat on it a couple of times when we got it and when we sold it due to the renovation not happening yet :(

We ordered a leather one and we thought that the colors available were not that great, but as the sofa was the only one that would work in our small space we had to make do with the available colors in the swatches. We ordered a brown one, which was risky but i wanted to create a 'scandi' vibe (yes, me too!) and felt it would go best with our pure white walls. The swatch seemed darker than I wanted, but was the only brown option that came close to what we were looking for. Well, when it arrived, I couldn't believe my eyes. The brown was such a gorgeous, light tan color, and I am STOKED with it! The sofa looks AMAZING and there is NO BETTER option we could have chosen, for the sofa OR the color! The scandi vibe is not yet achieved (!) but we're a step closer now! The quality is second to none, and the delivery guys were the best you could ask for. Still waiting for my dishwasher - worst ever experience
Dishwasher was supposed to have been installed on 24/12/18 but I am still waiting for it! I rang the store at 4.15pm on Christmas Eve to ask what happened to my delivery - my order was "FORGOTTEN". It is now mid January and still no communication from them and still no dishwasher so I called the store on 16/1/19. Again, not ordered, something went wrong with the order I was told. Appalling customer service to say the least
Terrible after service, no professionalism for such a large organisation. Received a damaged tv which resulted in no replacement as I did not inspect the tv when it was delivered by Domayne, who would have thought you would need to inspect a 65 inch Sony TV on delivery.
Domayne has done nothing except make me feel as though i’m a liar and I damaged the tv, I considered myself a very good customer most of the items in my house have been purchased from Domayne, I just purchased a $5000+ mattress from them 2 weeks ago.
I will never purchase another item from Domayne again.

I was going to say a lot about my experience with this store but it is literally the same thing with all these other reviews??? It’s amazing. They really are out of touch with their customer and just won’t get any better. They don’t learn. Which probably explains why it’s the emptiest shop in that area...

en a full two weeks since I own them. Call them up and was told their products was great, “that have never happened to the pair I own” and that it’s “your fault our great products don’t work”. The solution was is you can get another pair at discount. So if you got money to waste and seeking a disappointing experience, come to Domayne Bundall! They will sell you a pair of earphones for $169, give you a discount to $139 when it’s a $129 product. And if the product design fail to work as promised, don’t worry! They can get you a brand new one at 2/3 the price you paid for, while letting you know it was your fault you bought into their words anyways! These aren’t design to fit, they’re designed to sell! So honestly, do yourself a favour and shop at Harvey Norman next door. They are cheaper, more honest, actually try to follow up on products that they sell. Other fun things when you shop at Domayne: they will try to sell you an OPTUS plan almost with every purchase. No really, they’ll spend an hour on convincing you. If they give you a gift card, it’ll be a goose chase to redeem the full amount. Shopping here is literally having to always be careful about what you wish for. EVERYTHING about this store will have a flip side or some sort of plot twist. It’s so frustrating to deal with them. Worst customer service
My daughter bought a house full of furniture and appliances, table arrived damaged, TV didn’t work and she was fobbed off to supplier but the worst customer service was the fridge stopped working Christmas Day, she lost all her food and when we contact Greg at Domayne West Gosford he said there was nothing he could do until the manufacturer assessed the fridge. Customer service is zero at West Gosford Domayne, without a fridge now until it can be assessed

Domayne Alexandria - Stay away!
Sold me a piece of furniture. Worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. I have never experienced such terrible, unpleasant customer service. I am not happy. Not happy at all! I would never buy from this store again.

Dishonest
Bought a mattress 3.30 Sunday afternoon for about 4k. Tried to cancel order 10am Monday morning. Was told it was impossible and would cost me $800!!!. They tried to intimidate,bully and lie.
Had to threaten VCAT and still ended up paying $100 to the lying, bullying proprietor. He says he’s been to VCAT MANY TIMES in the past and doesn’t seem concerned whatsoever!!!!!
Salesman did a medical examination on my back and told me where my problem was?????
Funny as my back never had any problem?????
