We were really unsure whether we were eligible to built our dream home at eh beginning but after a few consultation meetings with Travis things looked very promising. Travis and Taylor made the process really easy to understand and they were professional, friendly and realistic. Overall, we are grateful and absolutely pleased with our new home! We will definitely recommend building with Dreamstart to anyone!

We had a great experience building with Dreamstart homes. We were kept well informed and up to date the whole way through the process with no issues along the way. Any questions we had were always answered efficiently by their friendly and professional team. We are very happy with the quality of our home and the excellent service we received. The total cost was much less than we envisioned which is fantastic!

From start to finish our experience with dreamstart was amazing! Any issue that came up during the build was dealt with almost immediately and there were no problems when these issues were brought up. The communication with our client liason and our building supervisor was so good, emails and calls returned within the hour and they were always happy to answer any questions we had.
This was our first build and it wont be our last, we would be happy to build with dreamstart again!

Building with Dreamstart had been amazing, pre build was easy as my house and land specialist was amazing! During and post build my site super was Into everything and always contacted me if needed. They offer a liaison offer who was Fabulous as well! 100% would recommend over and over.

The process of building was quite daunting to start with but everyone was super helpful. There were a few contract variations but Taylor my liaison guided me through them. Everything went quite smoothly. The final cost was as I had budgeted. I found working with Dreamstart an absolute pleasure and loving my new home. And a special thank you to one of the most important people in this process Jason my building supervisor.. nothing was ever a problem if I had any concerns. He went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly.. I can not recommend him highly enough.

Super smooth process building with dreamstart, Taylor my client liaison was great to deal with, went above and beyond whenever I had any questions. Minimal issues once moved in and rectified ASAP. Some contract variations throughout the course of the build, discounts applied when I had to change the plans due to an easement. Really easy working with dreamstart.

We had no issues whatsoever in our pre build or during the building process, jenna, todd and all of the other Momu staff were there to help at any stage and very accommodating.
The cost for both land and house was very fair, and the staff came up with the best plan according to what we liked and did not like, nothing was too hard.

From start to finish, Dreamstart has patiently guided us throughout the process, which made our experience virtually stress-free. All our inquiries and requests was taken into consideration and carefully explained to us. We are very much satisfied with our house and definitely did not regret doing our built with Dreamstart.

From start to finish our building experience with Dreamstart and their team was a fantastic experience. From the service during design and changes through to prestart they couldn't do enough or support us any better. The selection of standard range was well above what we expected from a builder in our price range and that was extremely pleasing as we put together an extremely high finish build. The follow up and service from our Initial contact and design person, our Client Liaison Officer and our Building Supervisor was first class and no question or request was too hard, they were always answered or followed up promptly. Great job and can’t recommend them high enough as a builder.

The builder has done a good job in finishing and delivering an excellent product. Couldn't be more happy with how the house has turned out. House has been discovered with some post handover issues that the building team (especially Taylor) responded abruptly which is on track to get fixed. Overall experience through picking everything out and actually seeing it in person is amazing. :) I would highly recommend Dreamstart to build your first home.

I started working with Bec approx 12 months before I even signed anything and she was the most patient, knowledgeable and non pushy of all the sales people I met. The build took about 6 months from slab to keys and that time I was kept up to date with everything from Jason and Taylor and wouldn’t be happier with how it went. I love my home and would do it all over again, no questions asked !!

From the first step of the process right until the very end was professional, helpful and knowledgeable.
The workmanship and quality of my home was well above expectations. I sought out my own building inspector for my own peace of mind, even he said everything is very structurally well done. I hand absolutely no issues with the construction, only a minor issue with the plan layout. The plan layout was easily fixed with no issues. My final cost did reach over my budget, however I was happy to do so as I got a great deal with all the new features.

Our journey with Dreamstart was amazing. The process of the house being built was fast. We are very satisfied with the outcome of the house. All of the finishes and the quality of the build was outstanding. We really highly recommend Dreamstart to everyone and we'll definitely want to work with them again in the future. Build was fast and value for money. We are given feedback in every part of the process. Liason officer is very helpful in getting information about house build and other particular infos as well. I would definitely recommend Dreamstart to build your new home, I would certainly use Dreamstart again from the initial decision to use them they were fantastic, the cost was competitive and so was the design of the plans that were spot on. The specs were high and the build quality as I would expect from a competent builder. All the staff right from the planners, pre-start, liaison managers and site supervisor were very helpful and accommodating with no issues that couldn't be sorted out. The building stages were well handled by Dreamstart. We were constantly updated about the stages every 1-2 weeks. Emails and phone calls were promptly attended too. If issues arose we could obtain some options of resolution towards the issue. Got a lot of compliments from friends and family about how workmanship was good and how construction site was always clean. We are happy with our build. Some minor issues after handover were quickly and swiftly dealt with by Dreamstart.

We had a we hick up at the start lol, house is built very well thanks to supervisor and bickies, chippies ect. The freezer fitted in the spot allocated, painting the doors at house didn't go well leaning on plaster .I enjoy not hearing the washing machine running /taps under laundry sink great idea .It was an easy build thankyou

Ever since moving to Australia we have always dreamed of having our own home. Thanks to Brodie our dream finally came true. Dreamstart was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the whole process. There were no unexpected costs, so I would recommend first home builders to come speak to Dreamstart. Taylor was also very helpful in keeping us updated throughout the building process.

Everyone was lovely. We had issues during planning but did get what we wanted as they were accomodating and all issues were addressed promptly. Unfortunately unsatisfied in how they handled a large build issue. Besides that everything was great. I would recommend them as a builder for first home buyers.

Our build was managed to the highest of standards. I would highly recommend dreamstart to friends that are building as we were so happy with how we were looked after, from meeting Eddie who completed our design to working with Andy the site supervisor, everything ran so smoothly. Any queries or questions which I had along the process were answered within a matter of hours which really put my mind at ease. From the date the slab went down we were living in our beautiful new home within 27 weeks. We are very happy with the quality of our beautiful new home.

From the initial contact with Paul who had some great design suggestions, to Taylor and Andrew, I've had a great experience. All were very helpful and I was kept well informed throughout the build. Any questions I had were quickly answered. I got the keys exactly 25 weeks after slab went down which is what I was told. Very happy with the quality of the house and fixtures.
