Incorrect sizes and no refunds.

My husband ordered 8 shirts, a mix of short and long sleeves. All sizes were ordered in small. The sizes received were all marked small however ranged from xs to large in fit and one of the long sleeve shirts had super short long sleeves. The shirt quality varied substantially as well, some good and others poor. I spoke to dresslily about returning the shirts that didnt fit, sent several photos showing the size differences and they sent me the information to return the shirts. I was made to pay for the return postage and when conveniently the shirts never turned up the company said bad luck. I will never buy from this company again.

I purchased a Christmas dress online through dress lily. The dress is made from a thin, poorly cut and sewn material. It does not look like the product in the picture. I bought a medium although I am an 8-10 in Australia and it is loose fitting. The tracking feature did not work so I was never sure it would actually arrive. After reading all the reviews I am now anxious that my identity and credit card details may be used inappropriately.

Ordered 3 items, when I ordered I was not informed that the items were not in stock, paid for express shipping and it still took over 3 weeks for them to arrive. When I contacted them they said I had 2 options either wait or switch my items but no garentee they would arrive in a timely manner either. I was extremely disappointed in the site and the service. If you dont care when you receive your items then its fine but if you have a set date you need them for dont order from here!

Discovered some great finds on this site! Ordered 3 items, needed to return 2 cause of sizing issues and the process was easy and painless. The item I kept is going to be part of my Halloween costume and I couldn't be more happy with it. It was a good find for a great price!

Cute Christmas dress

Sure, was a bit worried about my order based on reviews, but I decided to roll the dice on a cute Christmas dress. There was tracking on my shipment, and it would have arrived in about 2 weeks if it wasn't for Canada Post's mistake in sending it halfway across the country in error.

The dress itself was as expected. Cute print fabric not the greatest quality, but the construction was quite good (well-done invisible zipper, double-rolled hem, seams all nicely finished, under-stitched neck facing). Fits on the small side (normally a small, the medium was just a hair too big but fine). No complaints at all!

This company is a rip off. Warning do not buy from Dresslily. They sold me a bedroom mat that looked lovely in the picture but was a piece 40cm x 40cm of material for AU$25. PayPal would not help to refund so I just gave $25 to China and they will get away with stealing. Warning Dresslily will steal from you if they can.

Actually so disappointed with this site. I ordered something at the beginning of June and we're almost midway through July and it hasn't arrived. 26 days after our have they sent me an apology with a 10% coupon which isn't much compensation considering I am not going back to buy anything now. It has been 12 days since and I am still waiting. I keep receiving emails asking me to confirm that I have received my order when I haven't, and the only response I get is another email asking to confirm I have received my order. Would not recommend.

I waited almost three weeks for a package I was less than happy with. The real items didn't look too close to the reference photos, but they were still okay.

They normally don't do refunds or returns for discounted items, however they offered me a refund on an item that I accidentally purchased.

I have been a very grateful customer of Dresslily for the past 2 to 3 years and have made dozens of purchases - all of which have either met or superseded by expectations, and of course, the prices are extremely reasonable. Much of the merchandise I have purchased would be difficult to locate or afford financially, and that is another reason for my gratitude. I give the company an overall 5 star rating on quality, range, and cost of merchandise as well as customer service, nominal insurance fee (guaranteeing a full refund or re-shipment), speedy delivery (averaging on 2 weeks from time of purchase), and reasonable shipping charges, as well as many discount offers and coupons.

Where's my shirt gone

Ordered a shirt 2 sizes bigger than what l normally wear. Took 6 weeks to arrive.
Still too small.
$35.00 spent. Want to return.
Dresslily email me a PDF form for returns.
Print this out.
I stick it on the parcel, and send back.
Now just lost in the mail system and no help from Dresslily. Never deal with this mob EVER again.

Very disappointing!!

I am having a particularly disappointing experience with Dresslily, I have not received the order I PAID for, but I am told it has been delivered. They claim that I gave them the wrong address, but the address they said they delivered it to, IS the correct address!. they say I am not entitled to a refund!! but in the interest of providing service to a valued customer they have offered a whopping 10% discount!!!
It makes a mockery of their email header: ... We recently received your message on dresslily. Customer satisfaction is always our top priority: we are always extremely happy to provide the very best support to customers...

Dresslily is a scam!!

I've made a order of two products in Oct 01,2019 04:05:45 AM

Supposedly they were sent in two packages, the first in October 6, 2022 11:18:35 and the second in October 17, 2022 09:25:33. If the order was made at the same time, why the 10 day difference to sent a item? Notice that I've received the the first package before Halloween, but for the second package they ask me to wait till the 16th of December.

They gave me a tracking number that I can follow online, and yet the post office in my country clearly tells me that that code does not exist in their database, in fact they compliment with the information on the website, and say that if it was received in Portugal, it would have a smaller code began with RT or RV.

When I call them out explaining that the package was never received, the information I have is that I have to wait while they keep stalling for time. Can somebody explain how can a order take two months to be delivered?

Again when they were faced with the situation at hand, instead of assuming that something probably went wrong on their side, they immediately direct me to your terms and conditions where they claimed they won't take responsibility if I didn't bought any kind of insurance.

I already considered the money I paid as lost funds, but I'm warning you DO NOT TRUST DRESSLILY!!

Today is the 18th of December and still nothing. Don't get fooled like I was.

Hi, it is important you have to take measurements as the sizing by Dresslily is way way different from ours.
