Excellent product.
We were happy with previous Dux heater, so we decided to replace with the same make. The heater was installed by a Bunnings contractor who installed within 2 days. The outside copper piping is now covered with insulation ( regulation now I believe) . Much tidier finish and safer. The water once heated was a touch too hot at first but the installer, when contacted, was able to advise me how to fix via the tempering valve. The hot water pressure is enhanced as well.
Purchased in March 2021 at Dux for $1,818.00.

Love our Dux
Our one died after 10yrs so when it came to replacing there was no question to it! DUX all the way, it is reliable and have never had any problems. Have recommended to my children who need to replace theirs

Great product, no problems so far
Bought this a year ago due to an increase need for hot water for the household, so far we have had no issues and it is able to get us through the winter.

This is a great Electric HWS for a Large Family!
Unit copes quite well with high demand. With a little commonsense, with some of the family showering in the morning, whilst others shower in the evening; then no worries, with cool water, in the middle of winter.
We are in Brisbane, Queensland.
Purchased in February 2021 for $1,878.00.

Dux 400L 3.6kw Proflo - Hot Water Heaven
Got a 400L via the Bunnings compete service. Excellent unit, plenty of hot water. Does 5 adults easily. No complaints.Looks good. Great price. Installed professionally. Was all done in a timely manner. We would highly recommend the Dux hot water unit and the Bunnings service and the plumber who installed the unit.
