My wife ordered and paid for deadliest catch season 14. We have never received and we have since found out that is not available on DVD. As it’s now gone over the twelve months we can’t get our money back. Do not buy from this company as they have ripped me off.

DVD Land had what I was after. Released in the 80’s I was very happy when I found these DVD’s in a 3 disc set for a very reasonable price.

I recently purchased a DVD,"The Aspern Papers",from DVD Land. This takes up one of Henry James' stories. Only DVD Land had this movie for sale. My dealings with DVD Land were prompt and professional and the DVD arrived in good shape. Although the movie turned out to be just so-so,I was pleased with the service. I would happily use DVD Land next time I wanted a DVD.

I always get my DVD's from DVD LAND because the particular ones I'm searching for are always in stock and they work. Fitness to family flicks. My friends have been stung too many times with cheap overseas copies that don't play. I'd rather buy from reliable folk closer to home. I'm 100% happy.

I ordered dvd set box on a Sat and by the next Thur delivered to my door and package was all in good order. I more than likely buy another set box from DVD Land because now I know how fast I got my order.

I made two orders, one in august and one in july. They items became available only on december 18. I was told that they were shipped immediately, but I was not given a tracking number. At the end of january I had received nothing. I informed them. They told me they would inquiry. According to the inquiry, the items had been delivered, but they did not give me any proof of it. They told me that out of good will they would refund the two orders within thirty days. The thirty days have passed, but I have received nothing.
WHAT CAN BE WORSE? ABSOLUTELY NOT TRUSTWORTHY

DVD Land always has movies that have only just finished at the cinema readily available and DVD's I can't find anywhere else. Delivery is always quick. Very happy with their service.

So I pre-ordered and paid for Deadliest Catch latest series as a Christmas present. I kept checking the site and it kept saying “coming”, then I Googled the release date only to find that that series is not going to be released on DVD.
Gets worse - so I asked for a refund and was told twice that it had been processed, and I haven’t received a refund! Tried to dispute the PayPayl transaction, but because it was over 120 days they won’t look at it.
NEVER EVER pre-pay for an item that is supposedly coming.
Feeling totally ripped off!

I was concerned about receiving a DVD in time for Xmas, especially living in WA. I made an enquiry through the website, and Aaron in customer service responded almost immediately, several times in a back & forth conversation and the order was placed within 30 minutes of my initial enquiry.
