Perfect even with 2 dogs!
We have floating floorboards, tiles, and carpet.
We'd been using a bag vacuum ($600) for the last 8 or so years, we got it because of it's ability to grab dog hairs our of carpet.
The intent with the V7 was that it would be used for the hard floors and we continue to bust out the big bag vacuum for the carpeted areas. That's not been the case, the V7 is a BEAST.
The amount of dust/hair it grabs is amazing.
It gets absolutely everything from the hard floors and the carpets too, I've vacuumed both cars, both sofa's and once I vacuumed a mountain of breadcrumbs off the kitchen bench (I'm not proud).

- The wall charger. Easy to install, easy to charge the vacuum - It looks great and takes up a fraction of space - It's not Jet engine loud - The head is motorized. I can not emphasize enough what a difference this makes. - The brush attachment is actually very convenient - Easy to empty - Battery life is good, lets me do 3/4 of a 4bed 2bath house in one go - Its incredibly easy to maneuver Ultimate Pro: So light and easy and in a way fun.... that the kids can do it (8yo and 7yo) Cons: - The 'On' button needs to be held constantly which can get uncomfortable. It really needs a 'stay on' mode - Pricey little thing - The bit that holds the dirt is pretty small - If you are used to doing one big vacuum every few days, or once a week. This might be a bit of a radical change. You really need to do a 10 minute vacuum each day due to the limitations of a small, portable, battery powered vacuum. Overall I am VERY pleased with the V7 and I convinced my brother to get one so that his kids can chip in too. No complaints from either of the wives, or any of the kids. All round winner.Purchased in October 2021 for $499.00.

Cleans well, low battery life though
Our V7 cleans well but just about always runs out of battery before I've finished the job, then I need to go get our wall plugged unit which is inconvenient. I mostly run ours on the more powerful setting, but it doesn't do much on carpet on the low setting, else I'd use low setting as it goes for longer on that mode. It is handy for the caravan and car, or when we have a quick spill to clean up, just not useful to do a few carpet rooms in the house.
Purchased in December 2021 at Harvey Norman for $600.00.
