Happy with it so easy to use wish I brought it earlier
Used on tiles and carpet only wish it had 10 more minutes of charge in the battery as I would be able to do a quick clean right through out the house. It’s fantastic with little kids and cats on the house! Cleans up

Easy to use
Very easy and smooth to use. The vacuum lasts about 20 to 25 mins on normal speed and about 7 minutes on max power. The dust bin is very easy to use,just press the button to release the dust into the bin. Easy to charge, it came with a docking station.

Impressive!
I recently moved into a large open plan home with wooden floors and a few large rugs. Sweeping is easy but getting out the old vacuum for the rugs and lounges was so frustrating. I have a large inside dog that leaves hair here, there and everywhere so vacuuming is necessary. Hubby bought me the Dyson V7 Motorhead Origin for Xmas and I vacuum every day now! It's just so easy! A perfect machine
This is truly an impressive machine. We got it to replace the one that we bought on Kogan and the big Niflix. It's light and my God does it ever do a good job.

I feel cheated
I feel cheated. Bought a Dyson V7 from Aldi and just found out that Dyson made some exclusive deal with Aldi which meant that one of the most useful tools is not included in the box. The crevice tool is ideal for cleaning in between crevices such as in the car. Family and friends that bought this model elsewhere all have this tool but me. On Dyson's website there is no mention of a V7 without the crevice tool. When I called Dyson customer service I was told I should have done my research better. I am worried that there are other differences in this model vs. models from Harvey Norman etc. Lets be more transparent and care about the customer experience rather than just profits. Lets also not forget, all Aldi special products can be returned within 60 days for a refund.Purchased in December 2021 at ALDI for $399.00.

I purchased a Dyson V7 motorhead original from Aldi. There is no crevice tool. Should there be a crevice tool?

While the V7 Motorhead Origin doesn't include a crevice tool in the box, there is a crevice tool available for purchase seperately ($15 at time of writing) if required.

A $300 list price hand held Dyson vac should have the crevice tool come with the machine. We have had several other hand held Dysons and have bought several more for family gifts and they all had the crevice tool alone with the brush attachment.
It is beneath the reputation of Dyson to now charge for an attachment that should be standard. It is also beneath Dyson to charge $15 plus shipping for a $1 molded plastic tube.
Dyson has learned from the airlines on how to start nickel and dining customers
